The hotel was very nice. However, we booked and paid for a family room for 6 people, but we were only given the Grand Comfort Triple. This meant I had to sleep on a foldout bed

The staff were friendly and the breakfast had lots of options. The price was reasonable for both the room and breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay. We booked a family room with three double beds. We were given a smaller room than what was pictured, with two double beds and a pull out couch. A bit disappointed with room, but it was okay.

Good location
Chosen for location and ability to park motorcycles. Very near town square which was very lively on the Saturday we stayed. Pleasant but small bedrokm, nice staff, and good breakfast.

Great place to stay on route to channel tunnel. Staff very friendly. Easy to find and a short walk to the main square in St Quentin. Breakfast good. Will stay again.

Comfortable stay
Very friendly welcome, and nice parking in secure courtyard (though quite tight for later arrivals). Room was comfortable, though not large, but a little bit too warm for our taste. Nice ensuite shower room. It was a little bit noisy for us, but that comes of being located so close to the centre of St Quentin. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war gut vorbereitet und das Zimmer war sehr gross und gemütlich. Die Betten waren sehr gross und das Badezimmer hatte alles was man benötigte. Parkplätze im Innenhof waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine grosse Auswahl.

Easy to find and parking on site. Staff very busy with bookings so took a while to check in. Room clean, quite small but everything worked well. Quiet at night so a good nights sleep. Very central easy walk to town square where most of the bars and restaurants are. Recommended .

A lovely overnight stay.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. We had a good sized room on the ground floor in the annexe. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom with great shower. Parking in enclosed car park. Wonderful breakfast; very fresh with lots of choice.

We booked in here as a resting point on our way to Austria. The hotel was easy to find and once we had negotiated a one way system we parked in the on site parking no problem. Receptionist was very helpful and showed us to our room. This was clean, straightforward and had everything we could ask for from a two star hotel. I have reviewed this related to this fact as it Was excellent value for money.

Good stopover from euro tunnel
Usually our stay at the hotel has always been good but this time the first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarettes. We asked to be moved which was no problem. Second room again was in main hotel and rooms are smaller and noisier at the front of the hotel. Would prefer to be in the annex. Otherwise staff were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is good. Location is good as easy to walk into the centre. They also allow dogs which is great.

Convenient and comfy
Traditional french hotel with beautiful original features in the dining room. Spotlessly clean bedroom which was spacious for the 4 of us. White towels and bedding and a lovely powerful shower. Right in the middle of town with parking at the rear. Close to bars and restaurants. Good selection for breakfast and very flexible with times. A really convenient place to stop off after a long drive from the south of France. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Near to town centre and a good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, with usual continetal selection as well as bacon, eggs, sausages. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Best of all for an English person abroad....tea making facilities in the room!( but take your own milk and teabags)

Good value, central location
Nice hotel, centrally located, with just enough parking. Very helpful staff. I wanted an inexpensive hotel for an overnight stay during a short break to the area with friends. Le Florence proved to be a very good value choice.
