Don’t ever stay here!!! The staff are rude & unprofessional. They will disconnect your will room keys with absolutely no warning for no reason what so ever. Staff member deliberately ignore guests request. 1 out 10 would not recommend this place to anyone

We're sorry you weren't happy with your recent stay. The staff does not disconnect room keys. Sometimes the keys will become deactivated when next to cell phones or magnets. Again, we apologize you weren't satisfied with your recent stay, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
This was fine for a one night stay. It was clean and the staff was pleasant. Only downside was the sound of the highway all night. It was very loud.

Found a bed bug. Toilet wouldn’t flush, shower leaked, popcorn from previous person on the tv stand.

When I walked in I was welcomed immediately. The decorations for the season were perfect. It felt inviting and was full of color. The hotel was very clean and decor was on point. My room was the same way! I enjoyed staying here.

Thr room we nhad on the first floor was full of dampness. The carpeting was damp, even the bedding was damp.The two nights I spent there was miserable.

Clean & quiet. Desk attendant Matt is the epitome of customer service! My family straggled in at 1am, stranded from a cancelled flight back home to L.A. Matt was super pleasant and kind enough to offer us water and a few snacks after the night we had. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful stay!
