Ideal for up to 4 guests, this tastefully decorated home is part of a sport horse breeding estate and offers a unique countryside experience surrounded by wooded hills, meadows, and ponds.

Explore the region’s hiking trails right from your doorstep or venture out to Durbuy, the castles of Modave, Freyr, and Annevoie, or enjoy kayaking on the Lesse. The Caves of Hotton and Loretto-Rochefort are also within a short drive, making this a perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

The home features an open kitchen, living/dining room with fireplace, TV, and DVD player. It includes 2 bedrooms (1 with a bunk bed, 1 with twin beds), a bathroom, and access to a shared courtyard, garden, and barbecue. Up to 3 pets are welcome free of charge.

Unser Ferienhaus liegt auf einem wunderschönen Bauernhof aus dem 17. Jahrhundert, der noch immer genutzt wird. Es ist authentisch und idyllisch. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet und sollte es Mängel geben, ist der Eigentümer sofort bereit, diese zu beheben.

(wir finden es schön und gemütlich) Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend, man kann direkt in die Natur laufen. Plus: - Es ist ein geräumiges Haus, vor allem im Erdgeschoss - ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr vorhanden - moderner Smart-TV, Senseo - Wir haben vom Eigentümer kostenlos Holz erhalten - nette und hilfsbereite Leute Minus: - Toilette gibt es nur im Dachgeschoss. (inkl. Badezimmer) - Das Haus ist nicht sehr sauber, Schimmel im Badezimmer. - keine Schöpfkelle ;) - WLAN funktioniert unten nicht gut (ein Pluspunkt, wenn Sie sich entspannen möchten :))
