Nice hotel

Nice hotel overall, room is spacious and nicely arranged. Except for location and transportation which is not so convenient. But staff is helpful to call taxi for you.

夜班值班人员非常差劲，半夜回拨电话跟客人吵架

我们两大两小去杭州旅游，住了二床的大套房，凌晨一点发生冷气不冷，房内温度高达31度Ｃ，技师前来修理也是没法子搞定，后来跟夜班服务人员申请换房，也同意了，但是因为要抱孩子，就匆匆挂了电话，不可思议的是，夜班值班人员竟然又回拨电话前来理论，这时候已经是晚上近二点了，说我怎么无故挂电话，这很没礼貌，这是我住了全世界包括大陆许多的酒店当中，服务人员资质最差的一次。竟然有人会打电话来理论？不可思议

Revisit of zhangzhou after many years

Nice elegant hotel. Staffs are nice and helpful. Calling taxi might be a challenge during rush hours though
