My brothers stayed here while visiting me in Haines. Everything was perfect and Janet is so good she got us perfect weather as well! Janet was quick to reply and made our stay very comfortable. This house is bright with very comfy beds.

Janet's home is a perfect location. It's tucked away in the woods with a fantastic view of town and the mountains - you'd never believe it's just a few minutes from downtown! Cozy and comfortable with everything we needed - would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Cozy, eclectic house perched on a ridge overlooking town and mountains...big, amazing peaks as far as the eye can see. I could have hung out and looked at the view all weekend. Walkable from town but up/down steep hills so be ready. Janet is a lovely, gracious host who is happy to jump to when needed. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay in this chalet that has a beautiful view of Haines with the dramatic mountains behind it. We had everything we needed. The open floor plan with lots of very large windows letting in lots of light was great. It was very quiet and peaceful looking out over the trees. Lots of birds and a resident red squirrel visited the feeders daily. It was a great location to head up to the Chilkoot State Recreation Area to look for Brown Bears fishing for salmon. We were lucky to see a mama bear with 2 cubs. It is also a good location to head up to the ferry terminal if that will be your mode of transportation. Janet was great to communicate with and very nice. All in all it was a great stay and I highly recommend.

This is a wonderfully simple and comfortable and quiet place to be with amazing views from both inside and outside on the deck. I would recommend 908 Muncaster to anyone!

The house was cozy and ample room. Loved the whole kitchen/dining room/ front room openness. With the windows , one never missed out enjoying the scenery, looking out for birds, etc.,while cooking, eating or relaxing. The amenities, especially a washer and dryer, since it did rain, were so helpful. Janet is willing to help with anything you might need. And the location is still close to town! We hope.to come.back!

Easy to park your car, easy access to the city. Loved it! definitely we recommend your place. Sorry we could not stay longer.
