Wedding Weekend
The layout of the unit was great and having a third bathroom is a real plus for families--I was just travelling with my 81 year old mom and she loved the walk in showers! The kitchen was very well appointed with anything you need to cook. Like most rentals, remember to bring your own food, PAM, coffee, salt and pepper, etc. There are no beach chairs/toys to use like most rentals in the area.
That is the best thing I can say about this stay in this property. It seems as though the unit has been not rented for some time by the amount of dust and dirt in the unit. I feel it is due for some TLC and the owner needs to make sure management/cleaning company does QC on it eah time a guest checks out and before another checks in.
Dust was EVERYWHERE and the floors made my feet black with dirt.
The knobs in the master water room were falling off of the cabinet above the toliet.
Upon opening the fridge, there were stains of some sort of red sauce on the bottom on the interior of the fridge and on the floor beneath the door.
There was dust on everything and was some type of foul smell in the master behind the night stand nearest the glass sliding door.
The furniture in living room is very tired and worn with tears in the fabric on chairs.
The glass sliding doors were only cleaned as high as the cleaning person could reach. I saw other cleaning services on the property with a squeege, that would certainly help
This unit just suffered from lack of attention and is tired.
