Right in the middle of everything
We had a few hiccups with cleanliness when we got there but Carrie made sure to send someone to clean while we were there. This place looks daunting bc of the stairs but they do have an elevator! The community was very quiet and steps away from the beach. Very affordable as well!

GREAT spot for a long weekend
Our group of three came to Gulf Shores for a long weekend at the beach and to see a concert. I can’t speak highly enough about the location- a 30 second walk to the beach across the street, close to restaurants, stores, and activities, and a relatively cheap uber ride to surrounding areas. The unit was clean and comfortable, an ocean view from the window, and even just smelled great when we walked inside. Check-in was beyond easy, a key pad code and clear parking instructions were sent prior to arrival. We were able to show up and get right down to beaching for the weekend. If you have a smaller group, this is the place for you!!!

Nice condo convenient to the beach.
We enjoyed our stay, This is a perfect spot to spend the day at the beach then go back to the condo for showering and resting. The wireless internet worked great. There were plenty of options for restaurants and stores nearby.

Perfect condo requiring no driving
We could not have been happier with this condo for our little weekend get away! Perfectly located between enough restaurants and fun that no driving was required. The condo was clean and everything was well decorated! We were never uncomfortable in the room at anytime! Definitely somewhere we will come back to the next weekend getaway!

The PERFECT Couples Condo!
We absolutely loved our stay at Beachview! The location was absolutely perfect, everything was walkable. Would definitely recommend this property for a couples retreat or single guest!

Allison, We appreciate your comments however we do not say anywhere in our advertisement that there is a pool at our complex. There IS a laundry room on the second floor for the building's use. We even send in our "tip list' that you may want to bring quarters and laundry detergent. If you would have contacted me I could have helped. We are only a phone call away!

Amazing location, perfect for a couple!
This place is even more than we expected from a studio! The location was absolutely perfect- right across from the beach, a souvenir store, multiple restaurants, and bars. More than enough for a couple, maybe two couples if you really like eachother lol. It’s even prettier than the pictures, we will definitely be staying here again.

The property was super small. Once the sofa bed was pulled our there was no room to get to the exit. The sheets on the bed were full of hair like they hadn't been changed since the previous guests and there weren't any extras.

Best Location for the Shrimp
The bed lines were not ideal and wouldn’t stay on the mattress, The biggest issue was The refrigerator freezer rattled and gurgled all in the nite very hard to sleep and TV had terrible reception for the ballgame It went in and out for 3 hours There wasn’t a stove I must have read it wrong The floors were swept but not mopped and very dirty

We do not advertise having a stove, nor or there any pictures on our website. We also have no control over the cable company having an issue. My housekeeper is thorough and meticulous about her cleaning. I'm sorry you didn't have the experience that the majority of my guests do. If I had heard from you during your stay with any issues, I would have done whatever I could to remedy whatever was within my control. God bless.

My 16yr old daughter and I took a quick weekend beach trip and stayed here. Such a cute little place! It was so convenient to the Public Beach, restaurants and souvenir shopping. Location location location!
Small room. Perfect for two or small family. Very clean, very well lite. Comfortable bed. Where it really shines is the absolutely perfect location. Everything is walking distance (we recommend renting a bicycle next door). Beach is steps away!

It is one of the most economical condos you can stay in this area. Our VRBO page describes that there is no daily maid service. Thank you, and we are happy you enjoyed the beach!

Awesome location and responsive owner
The location was perfect for our short stay when all we wanted to do is beach bum without worrying about parking. Walking distance to everything we wanted. I had a few questions while we were there, and Carrie was very quick to respond and very friendly. Next quick trip I will definitely look to stay here again.

Perfect for a spring getaway
I recently stayed in this condo and it was just as pictured. I am a very pleased with the experience. Upon arrival, we were able to check in early. All the surfaces were well cleaned, however the floor seemed to still have some sand which is understandable being that we were within walking distance from the ocean. My group loved that we rarely had to get in our car to drive to dinner or anywhere else that we wanted to go! I am a fairly picky person when it comes to sleeping and the only thing is that I wish I had brought my own sheets for the bed, (the owner suggests this in the pre-check-in paper). Overall the trip was great, our condo served its purpose and we would book again in the future! Thank you so much for having us!

Other reviews have said it, this condo is located in a prime location. Public beach access is across the street, o need to pay for parking. Walk to everything…shops, restaurants, attractions. Host was very attentive in communications. Room was great for my wife and daughter, everything was as described!
