Staff at the main desk were very helpful, booked a lot of tours for me, helped me with navigating around the area. Cleaners also did a great job everyday. Hotel is placed in the perfect location with great views of Hagia Sohia and the blue mosque, also have great views of the sea from the restaurant on the 6th floor. Overall my stay the the hotel for 5 nights was absolutely amazing.

Extremely friendly, helpful and accomodatig staff. The breakfast was spectacular and tasty. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary early check in and breakfast! Our room had a lot of space and very interesting decor. The roof top terrace, where we had an amazing breakfast buffet every morning, had a breathtaking view on the sea and a city. I would consider this hotel for our next time in Istanbul.

It was the staff that made all the difference! Excellent service. Centrally located for most of the popular sights. Hotel's exterior may need a make over but rooms are cozy n has everything one needs. Great stay overall.

Our room was modern with a lovely bathroom, large and comfortable bed, and large windows that allowed the fresh air and sunlight come in. The staff are particularly warm, professional, and deliver excellent service. The hotel is on a small cobble stone street, about a 15 minute walk to the main tourist sites, and there are several cafes nearby. The welcome beverage and cold towel service was a very nice touch! The restaurant is a disappointment, which is very unfortunate. It lacks personality. The environment is unwelcoming. This could easily get remedied by getting rid of the bird sounds and replacing it with more lively music that will allow customers to enjoy the food and the views. The environment is a critical part of the experience and the hotel can do much better by learning and executing on this concept. The same must be said about the lobby: replace the light bulbs by adding light that is warm and welcoming and add trees in pots and flowers to soften the environment and the beautiful furniture (which is beautiful, by the way). We would certainly stay there again mostly because of the comfort of the rooms.
