Unklare Preisgestaltung
Leider war es bis zur Abreise nicht möglich, eine finanzielle Forderung vom Vermieter zu verifizieren. Er verlangte Gebühren der Endreinigung und Steuern, die für mich als Mieter nicht nachvollziehbar waren und über die ich von Fewo-direkt keine Übersicht bekommen habe. Anreiseinformationen bekam ich auch keine- nach Kontaktaufnahme meinerseits 24h vor Ankunft wurde mir ein Schriftverkehr angekündigt, der nie stattfand. Wir warteten vor der Haustür, mussten die Agentur um Hilfe bitten. Insgesamt sehr unerfreulich, da sind wir von anderen Agenturen deutlich mehr Service gewohnt.

Stadtwohnung mit Flair
Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktional, es ist das nötigste vorhanden, von der Mikrowelle, über einen kleinen Wasserkocher zu einer Lui Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine (für die ich leider in keinem Laden Kapseln finden konnte). Einen Toaster oder Eierkocher gibt es nicht, falls jemand Wert darauf legt. Leider auch keine Spülmaschine, aber die ist ja auch nicht in der Anzeige beschrieben. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber einen Wäschetrockner wie in der Anzeige erwähnt, habe ich nicht gefunden. Aber auf der sehr großen Terrasse gibt es zwei Wäscheständer und die Sonne erledigt den Rest. Es gibt einen Smart-TV mit Netflix, so dass an einem Regentag auch mal deutschen Programm laufen konnte. Genua selber ist eine sehr eng bebaute Stadt mit zwar sehr schönen Altbauhäusern mit viel Charme, aber Grünflächen sucht man vergebens. Es ist zwar viel in der Nähe wie Supermarkt und Bäcker, aber nur über steile Treppen erreichbar, also nix für gehbehinderte Menschen. Die Kleine Pizzeria eine Straße weiter unten am Fuße der Treppe ist sensationell, sie wird geführt von unserer Hausverwalterin und ihrem Mann. Linda, die Hausverwalterin kann englisch und ist eine Seele von Mensch, die uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Danke dafür! Ich werde nicht wieder hinfahren, da mir Genua als Stadt nicht zusagt, was aber Geschmacksache ist. Ansonsten ein nettes Apartment.
