As our hotel is unmanned, we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Please use coin lockers at train stations, department stores, etc., or the luggage storage service application "ecbo cloak".

8 minutes walk from Naksukawabata Station. But raining makes your luggage wet. It is hard to find big luggage locker at station. You have to consider luggage storage if your departure time at night. It is hard lesson.

Affordable price, good maintenance and peaceful. Will be good to include TV with English programme or sign in Netflix etc. Require guide to discard rubbish bin after a few days using to avoid raw food odour.

当日までエントランスの解錠番号のメールや、ID番号の入ったメールがこなくて困った。 問い合わせをしてもメールを送ってると言われていまだにどこにメールが届いたのか不明で、問い合わせをしたら宿泊翌日に解錠番号のメールが届いた。宿泊自体は綺麗で洗濯機、浴室乾燥など設備にも満足だった。

整體都非常滿意,尤其浴室內的烘乾功能非常好,房間又乾淨整齊;最初還有點擔心交通,真的比預期好,記得有晚到了福崗塔,原來在出口不遠有巴士可途經酒店附近的,太好了!下次都會再選住。

Clean, comfortable hotel 15 mins walk from Hakata
The hotel was clean and in good condition. We travelled in group with young kids. It’s a long walk from Hakata station, so it’s not convenient to travel by foot with luggage or with young kids without stroller. We encountered problems during both check in and check out. Since it’s self check in without assistance, it took way longer than expected. The staff was helpful, but was quite troublesome with back and forth via FaceTime. Amenities were very basic, but had everything we needed for the 4 night stay. Would recommend the hotel, but beware of 10am check out time and no luggage storage after checkout. The airport line near the hotel is convenient, but cannot reach international terminal without bus connection.

鄰近吳服町(2號出口有升降機,而且是最近的出口旅店)、祇園、中洲端地鐵站,就算步行去天神站也方便。 房間寬敞和整潔,洗手間和浴室分開,即使多人入住也方便。如果住幾天,就要注意垃圾處理問題,因為這是一間自助旅店,沒有每天打掃房間衛生,也沒有寄存行李服務。

房間滿大間的誒,地理位置也不錯 離天神 跟博多車站都近,附近停車場多,入住七天,無人打掃,牙膏牙刷沒有備品可以替換 附近有超市 便利商店 整體入住還滿滿意

地理位置方便,特定班次的電車可以從吳服町直達天神車站,吳服町六號出口有電梯,有廚房和洗衣機帶小孩很方便,超市就在步行3分鐘左右的地方,且24小時營業,唯一覺得不方便是垃圾需要自行分類處理,其他都滿好的。

후쿠오카 15번째 방문 중 거의 이 근처 숙소에서 머뮬렀습니다. 도보, 버스, 지하철 등 하카타역이나 캐널시티, 나카스 시장, 텐진으로의 접근이 좋다고 생각이 들어 이 동네를 선호하는 편입니다. 호텔 시설 중 주방기구와 세탁기가 있어 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 건조기는 없지만 필요하다면 옆 건물에 코인란도리가 있어 좋고, 욕실 건조기능으로 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 위치, 시설 모두 만족스러워 재예약 의사 있습니다. 일반 호텔과는 달리 다인실이 있는 것도 장점이라 생각이 듭니다.

저희 호텔을 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 칭찬해 주셔서 매우 기쁘게 생각합니다. 저희 호텔은 교통이 편리하고, 여행지 숙소에 있으면 편리한 세탁기와 주방을 갖추고 있습니다. 세탁기 본체에는 '건조 기능'이 없지만, '욕실 건조기'로 빠르게 건조할 수 있습니다. 욕실 건조기는 옷을 말리기 위해 있는 기능으로, 일본에서는 세탁기에 건조 기능이 없는 대신 욕실 건조기가 있는 경우가 많습니다. 기회가 되시면 꼭 다시 후쿠오카에 오시기 바랍니다. 진심으로 기다리고 있습니다.

キレイで広くて部屋の設備も良かったです。テレビも大きく、洗濯機も洗剤も部屋にあり、浴室乾燥で薄手のものは翌日には乾いて助かりました。キャナシティ近くにマックスバリューがあるので、そこで安く色々買い出しができました。 残念だったのは、フロント奥から大きな話し声がして、スタッフが通用口からスタッフ出てきましたが、何の挨拶も無かったです。また、部屋の見えないところに、気づかれなかったゴミがあったのと、見えるところのテーブル下に埃があったのが、少し残念でした。また、氷のディスペンサーがあればもっと良いなと思いました。 そのほかは、とても良かったので、快適に過ごせました。

この度は当ホテルをご利用いただき誠に有難うございました。アパートメントタイプのホテルですので、客室内に洗濯機・浴室乾燥機をご用意しておりますが、ご活用いただけたようで何よりでございます。中洲川端駅のドン・キホーテは24時間営業ですので、そこでのお買い物もオススメです。スタッフの対応や、清掃の見逃し等については誠に申し訳ございません。頂いたご意見を共有し、今後改善して参ります。氷のディスペンサーにつきましては、常時製氷されている大型のタイプは現状ご用意がございません。少しお時間は頂きますが、客室内の冷凍冷蔵庫でも製氷可能ですので、そちらをご利用いただければと思います。また、こちらのご意見についても今後の参考にさせていただきます。今後もお客様にご満足いただけるホテルを目指して参ります。またのお越しを心よりお待ちしております。
