7 night family stay
We loved our stay at Grand Base Fukuoka-the beds and pillows were comfortable. The duvet/comforter can be improved since it bunches up at times. Within walking distance to Canal City and Tenjin Minami station. We liked how spacious the room was, with a dining table and sofa, 2 balconies and 2 bedrooms with 4 beds-just right for our family of 5. We were lacking 1 chair though. One of my few concerns was the trash, there no specific instructions on how to dispose of the trash since this was an unmanned hotel. We chanced upon a cleaner 1 day and had them dispose of our trash. The wifi conked out the last 2 days out of the 7 nights during our stay, so this was a major issue for me. We had no way of letting our hotel know about this issue. So communication with hotel got a low rating. Better bring some dishcloth for cleaning up stuff since there was no cleaning service included.

長期滞在でした。 アクセスがかなり良かったです。2週間の滞在中お部屋からフロント？に3回連絡しましたが、3回中2回は繋がりませんでした。 チェックインで戸惑っていた際にお掃除の方が対応して下さいました、わかりやすく気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました、ありがとうございました❗️

Short enjoyable walk to Canal City with amenities
Newly renovated apartment with a decent size good for my family of 4 (2 teenagers) with washng machine for our laundry (we stayed for 6 nights) Comfortable beds. Kitchen size is good with microwave is a plus. Love the bath room too with a temp controlled bath tub It is also less than 600m walk to Canal City which is super convenient for us. We plan to be back in Dec 2020

Public carpark is just next to the hotel. Close to all amenities, ie LAWSON, 7-11, restaurants, Canal City Mall, Yatai & Hakata City all within 15mins of walking.

The hotel and room was very clean and everything was new. I only wish they had better hangers or somewhere to dry your clothes once it was washed. We had to use the wood hangers for coats in the hallway so after the first day we went to a 24 hour laundry mat a block away that had dryers. The other thing we didn’t like was the strange velvet couch, it was felt weird to sit on it and seems like it would be hard to clean and can only fit one person comfortably and there was three of us. The check in I think is also very late at 3 pm and check out is very early at 10 am

It is in the residential area. The place is tranquil. To the nearest bus stop or subway, there have 8 to 10 mins walk distance. You can buy things from 7-11 or supermarket within 3 mins walk. There is clean and tidy but no service can be provided.

텐진 쇼핑을 위한 여행 계획이라면 좋은 위치의 숙소 입니다. 무인시스템이라, 서비스를 요청하지는 못하는 점은 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 생각보다 서비스를 요청할일은 없었으며, 룸이 일본여행중 가장 커서 매우 만족했습니다.

근처 경찰서가 있어서 안전하나 체크인 이전에 이메일이나 아무런 연락이 없어서 출입시 한참을 기다리다 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 방은 넓었으나 침구류에 이물질이 묻어있었으며 객실내부에 먼지가 꽤 있었습니다.

1. 지리적으로 하카타와 텐진의 중간에 위치해 이동하기에 편리 2. 숙소 바로 앞에 경찰서가 있어 심적으로 안정감이 생김 3. 숙소 양 옆에 편의점 있어 편리함 4. 입구 비밀번호를 알수없어 사람이 나올때까지 밖에 서있어야했음.. 5. 객실문 배터리가 다 되어 문의를 했는데 처리되기까지 시간이 많이 걸려 움직이지못하고 하염없이 기다림 6. 객실에 청소도구가 하나도없어 삼일 지내는동안 청소를 할수가 없었음

とても清潔で、気持ち良く使わせていただきました。ただ、5人でも予約だったのに、タオル、歯ブラシが4人分しかみあたらず、タブレットで連絡とろうとしましたが、つながらず、困りました。結局、玄関上の棚に、予備が、あったので、大丈夫でしたが、連絡が取れないのは、困るので、改善してほしいと思いました。

地理位置方便，近地鐵，附近亦多餐廳，2分鐘步程有超市 客廳枱櫈面積大，令客廳空間變得窄，有小孩會容易撞到 最差是客廳的沙發，穿了2個洞根本不能坐，為何不更換

Pros It took 5minutes to bus stop and 10-15minutes to train. And around 15minutes to tenjin. It was quiet and there was supermarket near the hostel. Cons There were insufficient kitchenware, only provided a very dilapidated pan and pot. We had to buy laundry detergent which was not provided.

綺麗で大人数で泊まるには最適なホテルでした。部屋も建物も綺麗で、省人ホテルとの事でしたが、マニュアルもありましたので、特に困ることはなかったです。また福岡で大人数で行く時はお世話になりたいと思います。 唯一、気になったのは、飲み屋街が近いため、夜や朝方出歩いてると、泥酔した若者が叫びながら歩いてたりしてるところです。
