This newly renovated and comfortable furnished room is located in a one-family house`s basement directly at the forest. The high standard bathroom with W.C. is brand new. The Frankfurt Urban Railway is reached in 700 meters and within 23 minutes you are downtown Frankfurt. And in 25 minutes (15 minutes by car) you reach Frankfurt International Airport. Convenient access to German Autobahn (A3) within 2 minutes. Parking is easy in front of the house, and you also may use the carport.

Peace and quiet.

It is a great clean and quiet place to stay. The hospitality is exceptional. There is also parking available.

This is a basic rental. A bed in a room in the basement with a shared bathroom. Fortunately there were no other guests and I didn't have to share the bathroom. It's a 30 minute train ride from Frankfurt and a 20 minute walk from the station. Clean and quiet in a quiet suburb with outstanding wifi speed.

Weekend in Frankfurt

Stayed here with a friend to catch a concert in Frankfurt. The property has excellent access to the local train station which takes you straight to the city, as well as a really nice pizza restaurant just around the corner. The host was very approachable and communicative, the accommodation met our needs and the facilities were very well kept. Would recommend to others.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

Im Untergeschoss wurde dieser Raum neu für Gäste gestaltet und eingerichtet, sodass wir (zwei Personen) dort eine Nacht blieben. Saubere Unterkunft, gute Matratze, ruhige Unterkunft. Ideal für unsere spontane Buchung. Toll war auch der freundliche SMS-Kontakt im Vorfeld und zu Hause. Fußläufig ist der Bahnanschluss nach Offenbach/Frankfurt am Main bis in die City möglich. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und per P&R-Parkplätze sind kostenfrei vorhanden. Das neue Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken teilten wir uns mit einem anderen Gast. Da wir unterschiedliche An- und Abreisen hatten, störte das nicht.

Nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet

Es gibt kein Komfort-Zimmer, nur ein komfortables Bett. Kein Schrank, keine Gardinen am Fenster, kein Fernseher, keinen Tisch..dafür 1 Stuhl, keine Küche, keine Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen, kein Geschirr, keine Spüle oder Pantry-Küche zur Gemeinschafts Nutzung, kein Fön im Bad, kein Handtuch-Service. Hab nach 7 tagen selber nachgefragt, kein Bettwäsche-service...Zimmer wir nicht wöchentlich zwischen gereinigt....und mein Müll den ich im privaten Mülleimer im Keller entsorgen wollte, würde mir zum Teil wieder vor das Zimmer gelegt, damit ich diesen selber Draussen entsorgen soll...was mir vorher niemand gesagt hat....die sind zwar nett...haben aber kein Konzept und scheinbar sich keine Lust auf Mieter die fast 2 Wochen bleiben..

Super Lage, unkomplizierter Kontakt - sehr empfehlenswert

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und bin nicht zum letzten Mal bei Georgios und seiner Familie gewesen :-) sehr nette Vermieter! Alles sauber und ordentlich, so schön ruhig und direkt am Wald gelesen- ich habe mich sehr wohl, wie zuhause gefühlt! Kontakt, CheckIn/ Out und auch alles andere lief problemslos ich einwandfrei. Von der Lage her für mich top, Frankfurt Ost ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten mit dem Auto problemlos über mehrere Strecken zu erreichen - Offenbach, Hanau alles in der Nähe.

Excellent Bed

We were late because of airline delays and didn't get there until 2230. Georgios was understanding and cared enough to wait up for us. We were four hours late! My daughter and I shared this room with the best bed ever... very comfortable. The small bathroom was perfect for a hot shower and everything was updated in a tasteful way. GPS took me directly to the place.
