6泊しました。センターにも空港にもT2で15分ほどで行かれるのでとても便利です。朝食も付いていてお得。オーナーはフレンドリーで地元のおすすめ情報をおしえてくれます。フィレンツェ旅行の際はまた利用します。

お部屋はとてもきれいで、大きな共有バルコニーがありとても快適でした。スタッフの方も親切で、また是非泊まりたいです。

予約後すぐにホストからメールで連絡があり、チェックイン情報など詳しく打ち合わせできた。 部屋、食堂など綺麗に保たれており、清潔に整頓されていた。 朝食もフルーツ、ヨーグルトなどもあって毎朝楽しめた。 ホストはフレンドリーで聡明な人だった。

アパートの6階に有る。5時頃到着、ホテルではなくアパート、しかも鍵が掛かって入れない、ほんとにここがホテル？、書類に電話番号記載なし、不安になる、２０分すると住民の人がカギを開けて入ったので一緒に入る。聞いてみると６階との事。古いエレベーターで６階へ、ドアに鍵、どんどんと扉を叩くと出てきた、客らしい、オーナーに電話してくれた様子、ここで待っていてとの事。２０分するとオーナーがすいませんと入ってくる。どうも６階の１室の又部屋が仕切られて、客室があり、その１室にまねかれた、狭くて最悪、とてもホテルとは言えない。絶対にここは取らないでください。

清潔感のある居心地の良い宿
宿のオーナーが親切で、部屋も清潔感があり居心地が良かった。宿のベランダからは山も見えました。フィレンツェ市内へは頻発するバスで簡単に行けます。また来る機会があったら是非泊まりたい宿です。

Lara and Lorenzo were great hosts. Acquainted us with the area. Breakfast was varied and good. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. Very close to the tram.

This was a perfect stay for our one night in Florence. The host was lovely, and took good care of us. There was a small issue with making payment by credit card due to internet connection, but it was worked out.

Great B&B in a beautiful area of Florence, close to downtown and at a walkable distance from a Mall and the University. Lara and Lorenzo go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Lara even prepared us takeout breakfast when we had to leave before breakfast time! It was my first time staying at a B&B and I was not disappointed. Thanks guys for your hospitality!

A convenient place to stay!
Lara, the owner greeted us on our arrival with a big smile that radiated warmth. The breakfast was a continental style with a ham and cheese panini. We enjoyed her company and that she was always there to answer questions and make suggestions. We stayed 12 great days.

My stay at Il Grillo was superb all around. The host, Lara, made checking in very quick and easy, reaching out prior to my arrival so that she would be available to meet me. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating to my every need. I very much hope to have more hosts like her in the future as her demeanor alone made the stay worthwhile. Aside from that, the rooms were also very nice and as clean as can be. All of the amenities, i.e. the air conditioner, TV, and shower were quite modern and the breakfast was exemplary. The metro was only a brief 2 minute walk away and led directly to the city center in under 10 minutes, making the lack of restaurants and tourist attractions in the immediate surrounding area irrelevant. That being said, the neighborhood in which this property is located still had plenty of little stores and markets for a variety of needs. Overall, I can not recommend Il Grillo enough, it left absolutely nothing more to be desired for the price and I very much look forward to staying again on my next visit to Florence.

The host was extremely helpful. They accommodated my dietary needs for breakfast. It is very easy to get to by local train from the airport and also just a quit train ride to the historic areas of Florence. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Warm welcome!
We were warmly greeted and were told about how to navigate around Florence as well as a restaurant around the corner. We picked this for its proximity to the airport. Taxi fare to and from about 21 EUs.

피렌체 SMN역에서 조금 떨어진 조용한 동네에 위치해 있는데 트램역이 가까운 곳에 위치해 있어서 이동하기 좋습니다. 도착하자마자 주인 아주머니께서 지도를 펼쳐서 숙소 위치, 관광지 위치, 주변 음식점 등 매우 친절하게 설명해 주셨고, 방은 깔끔하게 잘 정리되어 있었어요. 조식 준비하시는데 주인 아주머니 자식들도 옆에서 손님들이랑 얘기하고 그런 분위기여서 호텔이라는 느낌보다는 가정집에서 하숙하는 그런 친근감이 느껴지는 숙소였습니다. 크게 불편하진 않았지만 주변에 편의 시설이 별로 없는 점은 참고하세요. 관광객들보다는 일반 주민들이 사는 조용한 동네입니다.

The property is located on top of an apartment building in a residential area. There are several restaurants around that mostly cater to locals and are very good, but a ten minute streetcar ride takes you to the center of Florence. The stop is less than two blocks from the B&B. Lara is very nice and helpful.

Discreto, bagno decisamente migliorabile.
Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione non ci pare centralissima, ma la comodità dipende da qual è il vostro "bersaglio". Per la camera economy: camera e biancheria pulite, letto buono. Bagno piccolissimo, malamente organizzato e scomodo: l'armadietto para la luce, presa elettrica troppo lontana dallo specchio, asciugamani appesi sopra la tazza WC. Con la stessa spesa e lo stesso spazio si poteva far meglio. In generale: ogni utenza elettrica comune è temporizzata, anche le luci del soggiorno e della terrazza e più o meno ogni 15 minuti ci si trova al buio. E' necessaria una chiave elettronica per l'uso del piano cottura, chiedetela all'arrivo o non potrete utilizzarlo (a noi è stato detto a richiesta al momento della partenza). Colazione varia ed abbondante, ma con prodotti industriali pronti. Non aspettatevi la torta appena fatta. Presente la frutta fresca. Il collegamento wi-fi era presente e ben funzionante.

Excellent B&B
Excellent B&B, very welcoming, good facilities, very clean, beautiful views. The owners, Lara and Lorenzo, provide an excellent welcome, good breakfast and clean rooms. They also provide help and information on all aspects of Florence including, transport, places to visit, tickets with discounts and getting taxis. We would stay again and recommend them to everyone.

We had a lovely stay here. Sat on the balcony for breakfast each day. Lorenzo was very accommodating at all times. The place was right across from the bus stop, 10 minute walk to groceries (had a small bar fridge to share with others), laundry was right across the street. In a residential neighbourhood. Very clean. The bus took you straight to the train station (about 20 minutes), and also The Duomo area. Bus 55 takes you to the local pool. It was very hot while we were there. The breakfast had juice, coffee, express (etc) bread, cheese, cereal, milk, jams and Nutella, lunch meat, croissants, buiscuits, cake bread and fruit.
