This property was perfect for two families. The kids had a great time using the game room downstairs. The views are spectacular and the kitchen is great for preparing meals. Oveall it was perfect and exactly as advertised.

This property that had plenty of space for two families. The rooms were big and comfortable. There were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. We used this as our base for day trips to the Petrified Forest and Grand Canyon National Parks. Would definitely recommend!

Plenty of room for our family of 8. It was very well stocked with quality items in the kitchen and the location was great. We went to the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon and Sedona from here. Great location near Flagstaff with most things within 10 minutes. Thanks for a great stay!

Three generations gathered and this was the perfect spot. Photos don't do this property justice. It was so spacious. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked and then some, hot tub was large and temperature was great. Appreciated all of the necessary items for making meals. Often a house has only a few things - this was not the case. High-end coffee makers, mixer, toaster oven, gas stove ... it was very nice.We enjoyed the large TV in the basement with a air hockey, pacman and foosball.

This home is absolutely beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen necessities, plenty of room and extremely clean & comfortable. Communication with owner was easy and he answered all my questions immediately. We had a fantastic time. I would book here again.

The house is extremely spacious, lots of seating and space for everyone to relax comfortably. Decks were really nice with great views. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location was central and convenient. I do think the cleanliness could be stepped up a notch but was just minor things like the toaster oven having crumbs, coffee pot still had grinds. Overall the stay was great.

We had a great stay in AZ with a beautiful mountain view out the backyard. Lots of room for for relaxing after hiking. The hot tub was great but didn’t know about the quiet time being so early 9:45pm. The neighbors are a bit close on the side. Overall a very clean and well kept and decorated home. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

Pictures don’t do justice on how nice this house is. The downstairs game room with a couch and TV is very large. The patios with incredible views of mountains and a golf course. I will definitely see if this house is open again when booking in flagstaff.

House was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Nothing lacking. Huge tvs, books, games, outstanding hot tub, and talk about views. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Nick was very easy to deal with and super responsive to all inquiries. This one will be hard to beat.

This home was perfect for our 3 families staying together. There are 3 rooms with king beds. One room right off the laundry room has a private bathroom and was a perfect set up for a pack and play sleeper. There is a great basement space for kids to play. The kitchen was fully equipped for our meals and a lot of storage for our food! The deck and surrounding areas are beautiful! We used the hot tub daily, truly a serene retreat to watch the sunset while grilling on the deck. This home is gorgeous and we would love to return, only opportunity to mention would be the attention to cleaning, there was still hair in the shower from previous guests, dust in some places. Communication with owner was great!

Thw property was beautiful. Nick was attentive and helpful. The first night when we went to get into bed, there was something undesirable on the bedsheets and we had to take time to change the sheets on the bed. There were little things that showed they did not do a good job cleaning...crumbs on the kitchen chairs.

This Flagstaff rental was overall the nicest house we have rented in town. It is beautifully appointed, comfortable beds and furniture, inside and outside. We rented for our 50th wedding anniversary and our adult children and grandchildren joined us for 4 of our 10 night stay. We had some friends join us for 2 of the other nights. We had such a nice time playing games with family at the large round dining room table! The large deck was wonderful to spend time on and the view this outstanding. The hot tub on the lower deck was definitely used and enjoyed! There were a few cleaning issue left unattended by the cleaning crew, but nothing big. The only true issue that my adult children were upset about (they helped pay for rental) was the spotty internet connection in that area of Flagstaff. We found out from a neighbor that the internet in some areas of Flagstaff are always spotty, and this is one of them. Phone hotspots helped with that. We truly enjoyed our stay in the lovely home, and would love to stay here again!

We spent a week in this wonderful property with our daughter, son in law and their three boys (ages 10-14). Our oldest grandson had an all day lacrosse camp at nearby NAU. The home had essentially two master suites along with two other bedrooms which was perfect for us. Large kitchen and an open family room were the main areas that accommodated us for watching movies (full range of apps on the smart tv) or playing board games. There is a great Wi-Fi and a large upper deck where we set up our virtual office while enjoying the cool breezes and great views. The lower deck has a very large hot tub which was a welcome relief for our grandson after returning each day from lacrosse practice. The kitchen is fully furnished and we made most of our meals in so that was really appreciated. The home is located very near the public golf course and two of our grandsons took golf lessons each day from a local instructor. You are far away enough from major roadways to allow for quiet evenings but still a very short drive from many great restaurants and shopping. Overall, a really enjoyable time and would highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We've just returned from 2 great weeks in Flagstaff at this beautiful property which is very well appointed, spotless and fully furnished for a stay. My husband and I joked that if this house didn't have it, we didn't need it. In 2 weeks we went out to eat only once (ok, maybe some take-out) since cooking/grilling there and eating on the deck became our main objective. Beds, pillows, etc, new and comfy. We often rent homes and condos when traveling, but this was a favorite. The online photos are accurate; this is a lovely home in an upscale, quiet golf community with unobstructed views of the Aspen golf course, Mt Elden and other nearby mountains. There is a "green belt' of natural trees between the homes so while there is a view of the golf course you don't feel on display while on the deck. Very private. That green belt allowed us to also enjoy viewing many deer, a fox and one evening an elk. There is so much to do in "Flag". We're avid hikers, up from Phoenix a couple times a year, and this year, with some trailhead closures, we also took to the FUHTS, Flagstaff Urban Trail System, on which you'll find bikers and walkers. We would recommend this property for family groups or 2 or 3 couples looking for a quiet escape from summer heat. We're not skiers, but the home has a fireplace and probably less than 30 minutes from the lifts (where we go to hike). I also read that Flag has bike rental shops and we may look into that when we return in a few weeks. We highly recommend this place and are really looking forward to our return trip. We've never met the owner, Nick, but kudos to him for thinking of everything!
