The beds are super uncomfortable unless you have the king with the mattress pad. Housekeeping always just walks in, knock and walk in at the same time. On day of check out they opened the door at 8am and then even asked me if I want to sleep more, like obviously I’m in bed with the blinds closed.

The rooms were clean Staff were helpful Good Location around 15 minutes to central station The only bad thing is that the mattress in the standard rooms are old and not comfortable i could feel the spring of the mattress in many places ..

I recently stayed at the Flowers Hotel in Essen, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and a large shopping mall within walking distance. The service was excellent, with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were quick to address any questions or requests I had during my stay. In conclusion, the Flowers Hotel in Essen is a great choice for travellers looking for a well-located, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

Pleasant stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was facing the road so was a tad bit noisy on a Saturday evening but not unbearable. Everything you need is fairly close by. Breakfast was very nice. Highly recommended

You get a lot for the price - highly recommended!
We booked this hotel because it was cheap and to break up the long journey to Munich - we were extremely surpised to find just how amazing it was! Centre of Essen and close to town and amenities, the hotel itself was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy! Most rooms have a balcony style opening at the window and we were lucky enough to have a corner room with almost panoramic views. Staff were approachable but found not all that helpful in our experience. Breakfast was expensive in our opinion so we passed. The hotel itself was done up in a contemporary style building site look and it worked! Really the best nights sleep we had in Germany overall due to the comfortable and rather big king size bed and shower was powerful. Definately recommended. If you can find some parking on the street it is free, depending on which part you park in (look at the signs). There were also a lot of young people staying here attending the rooftop bar

Very pleasant stay
During my 10-day trip to Europe, this hotel (out of 3) is by far the best when it comes to comfort and value for the money. The room is updated, the staff is courteous, and the breakfast is decent.

Alles in allem top Hotel. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur haben wir uns nach einem kalten Tag auf ein warmes Zimmer gefreut. Das Fenster war jedoch offen und eine, der 2 gratis Flaschen Wasser auf dem Zimmer, war offen und halb leer. Nicht schlimm... aber ein komischer Beigeschmack. Ansonsten nette Mitarbeiter und nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kino und Restaurants. Parken Tiefgarage 15 Eur.

Übernachten gerne in dem Hotel. Preis-Leistung stimmen hier. Allerdings hat das Hotel in den Fluren immer noch Baustellen Atmosphäre

Es war sauber und ruhig im Zimmer. Wasser kocher und kaffee haben uns gefehlt aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.
