The charming apartment is located just a short 10-minute drive from both Hershey and Elizabethtown, and within 30 minutes of Lancaster and Harrisburg, ensuring you're close to the area's best local attractions. Whether you're visiting for Hersheypark, chocolate factories, or exploring the scenic beauty of our local area, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy!

We will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This apartment is located in a 3 unit apartment building. The entrance and patio area of this apartment is completely private from the apartment units.

This is our guest house located at our home. We live in the house right next door! Guests have full access to the apartment and private patio area. We strategically designed the space to allow guests optimal privacy, however, we are always available and happy to say hi or help with anything you need throughout your stay!

This modern apartment is newly renovated, designed with contemporary furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, soft rugs, and a plush mattress for optimal sleep. Whether you are celebrating something special like a birthday or anniversary, or just need to escape, this is the perfect getaway for two.

- MASTER BEDROOM: 1 king bed, ensuite bathroom, room darkening drapes, closet, fan, extra pillows and blankets

- KITCHEN: fully equipped with all appliances and kitchen essentials to prepare meals at home, Keurig and hot water kettle provided, well stocked with k cups, tea bags, creamers and sugar packets
- DINING AREA: features a round pedestal table with two plush dining chairs for a nice sit-down meal
- LIVING ROOM: designed with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and electric fireplace for a cozy night in
- COURTYARD: the highlight of the space, intentionally designed for optimal privacy, fit with a hot tub, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, and fire pit area

The home is located less than 5 minutes away from the local major highways. The Harrisburg International Airport is a 15 minute drive and the Elizabethtown Amtrak is a 10 minute drive away. Uber services are available in the area. Hershey is a 10-15 minute drive away, Harrisburg and Lancaster are about 20-25 minutes away.

Early Check-In & Late Checkout Policy:

We do our best to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late checkouts whenever possible. However, we’re only able to offer this if there are no other guests checking in or out on the same day as your arrival or departure. This helps us ensure we have enough time to properly prepare the space and maintain our high standards for cleanliness and quality.

If we are able to accommodate your request, there is an additional fee of $25 per hour for early arrivals or late departures. The earliest available check-in time is 1:00 PM, and the latest checkout time we can offer is 12:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding!

⚠️ Important Protection Policy:

To help us care for our space and stay compliant with local short-term rental regulations, we partner with Truvi, a trusted guest verification platform. After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure email and/or text prompting you to complete a quick identity verification step.

As part of this process, you’ll choose between:

- A refundable $500 security deposit, or
- A non-refundable $35 damage waiver

Both options offer protection for accidental damage during your stay—we just like to give you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Airbnb Guests: If you're booking through Airbnb, guest screening and insurance are already handled by the platform. That said, we’ll still kindly ask you to sign our standard rental agreement before your stay begins.

HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur penalty charges .
- No pets.
- This space is not suitable for children 12 and under.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. We must be respectful of our our neighbors including those living in the apartment building.
- Please keep the hot tub cover on the hot tub when not in use.
