Outstanding hotel to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are very spacious and warm while outside is very cool.I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. Excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

It was an amazing experience on all levels. Staff was so friendly and helpful, breakfast was very rich, dinner was delicious. Very spacious (room, lobby, bar, restaurant). Very beautiful interior. Beautiful and tranquil location with stunning views of the valley. Rooms are large and clean. Quality of toiletries and breakfast didn’t match overall hotel quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful but somewhat undertrained.

The hotel is really nice and the staff is friendly and eager to help. However, the hotel its self lacks facilities and entertainment. There was very little to be done at the hotel besides swim and lounge at the coffee shop. Overall it was still a great stay.

the bedroom was great, the service too. the common area by the pool, was dirty, windows not clean, same for tables besides the pool chairs, pool outside closed, even if weather still good and like 25-28 degrees. outside pool area, very dirty.

Great facility but there is a lot of confusion among staff. Nobody seems to know answers to basic questions and everyone asks someone else. The breakfast buffet was OK but again, confusion at the omlette station meant that you simply don't get what you asked for and have to settle for whatever the staff thought you wanted. The place needs management overhaul and training. Besides that, the facility is beautiful.

Beautiful Hotel by Ehden mountains
Stayed for 2 nights over Easter. The hotel is very good, although it is a 2 hour drive from Beirut. The superior and deluxe rooms were extremely spacious and the huge king bed was very inviting and the best we slept in during our week in Lebanon. Everything is modern and the jacuzzi and heated pool, as well as the dining room, have great views of the mountains. We booked a 2 bedroom chalet originally but upon viewing, were left underwhelmed by the small bedrooms and also, they were not annexed to the hotel and it is a 5 min walk away. Breakfast was fine although the coffee was not the best. The serenity of the hotel in the mountain setting and the sunset views were great.

We enjoyed our stay in Mist Hotel, staff were all friendly and always smiling, the room was clean, spacious. we also went to the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were we had a relaxing time. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast buffet: it was a 3 stars buffet not more;

Mist is a hotel to be visited. Its a brand new hotel that is in a very nice spot in Ehden overseeing beach mountains and snow. Service is so friendly and the hotel experience, lobby, spa and everything is worth the amount you pay to stay in it.

This hotel is a work in progress
We were not aware when we booked the hotel (at top dollar) that not all the facilities were up & running yet. The spa is not yet functional. The facilities are beautiful, tastefully designed. Yet the underlying quality is a bit questionable: for example the pipe in our bathroom sprang a leak, burst, and gushed water all over the bathroom steadily for the 20 minutes it took them to send someone up to take care of it. Our booking had promised a full buffet breakfast. When we arrived, there was no buffet, but we were told we could order anything from the a la carte menu. However, it turns out that about half the menu items were not available during the duration of our stay.

...Everything was perfect until the Check-out time
We are a couple with a 7 month old baby seeking a 2-day escapade at Le Mist, and we got it if it weren't for the unprofessional check-out, the overall rating would have been Excellent. Very nice and new hotel, perched on a high hilltop overlooking a wide valley, this hotel offers everything you wish for in a 5* environment. Rooms are new and wide with breathtaking views on either sides (mountain and valley), make you forget all of the usual stress, especially the view of our Lady AlHosn on the other hilltop that can be seen from everywhere. Food was excellent, and the restaurant staff was very delightful and caring for our needs. Our stay was almost perfect until the time for check-out, as we have a baby, packing things is not as easy as it used to be, we requested an extension for 30 mn. (beyond the "standard" 12:00p) which was rudely refused, as if they wanted us to put our stuff outside the room and pack it in the lobby. I tried to explain to her that we were in the process of packing and that we have a baby that was crying all morning, but the lady at the reception was still insisting until a very nice hotel staff (Ms. Latty) came forward and said that it was ok to keep the room for a while. If we are to get back to this hotel during the ski season it would be only because of her and her nice understanding gesture. Thank you Ms. Latty. I would want to recommend this hotel; however couples with babies be advised of the reception's anti-baby policy.

Super mooi en modern hotel met super uitzicht!
Het is echt een aanrader! Wel aan de prijzige kant maar hiervoor heb je wel veel positive dingen die kun je beleven! Schoon, modern, design, uitzicht en nette personeel! We hebben hwt echt naar ons zin gehad!
