This pleasant holiday home is equipped for 4 people and is less than a 15-minute drive from the center of Durbuy. The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen and living room with large windows overlooking the garden, hot tub area and barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped (oven, vitro hob, microwave, dishwasher) and the living area has a flat screen TV and a pellet stove. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower. !Bed and bath linen and energy not included! The adjacent house BE-6940-337 of the same owner is suitable for 8 people. This is a great combination house with this chalet for 2 families.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
