Sleep like Nordic Royalty in the incredibly comfortable Stressless Sky bedroom mattresses. Enjoy the king in the master bedroom, two queens in the second bedroom, and a king in the third bedroom sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Modern furnishings, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and the spacious open concept living area is perfect for entertaining. Head to the beach, enjoy the sauna, take a lap around the pool, enjoy a game of tennis or shuffleboard, use the BBQs, or have a picnic overlooking the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

Shoreline Towers is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna's, Destin's fun waterpark. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. From the open balcony you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

we absolutely loved this condo. The unit was clean had everything we needed for cooking. The location was great love the private parking and the view was the best part of all waking up and sitting on the balcony every morning to watch the sun come up and hear the ocean is not something that can be beat. The beach is literally right outside your door. I would love to book again next year definitely a 10 out of 10.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The positives: The office staff were extremely kind and organized. The unit offers plenty of space and a great beach view. There's plenty of parking. Kitchen is well stocked with enough dishes, utensils, pots and pans to make meals. Appliances are in good condition. The walk to the beach is short and easy. We were able to see dolphins from the balcony. Elevator wait time is very minimal. The negatives: The floors were dirty as our feet/socks turned black from walking on the floor, there was garbage left in the kitchen garbage can, dirty/wet towels in the washer and garbage/food wrappers behind the bed in the master bedroom. We brought these issues to the attention of the office and the Housekeeping Supervisor did respond to the unit to Swiffer the floors and clean up the garbage. The ceiling fans were noisy and the AC unit was loud at times. The lights from the parking lot can be quite bright in the 2 bedrooms that face the parking lot. We had a lot of fun but probably wouldn't recommend this unit due to the lack of cleanliness.
