Great hotel for family
Great hotel to stay if you are planning a trip to Pammukale. There is a mini bus that is near the hotel that will bring you to Pammukale. Hotel is also near the train station.

Got what we paid
We came in from an overnight bus and because we knew we will be coming in early, we had called in advance to make sure we can do an early-check in. The man on the phone confirmed that we can check in at 9am without extra charge. Believing so, we arrived, and the man in the counter simply said we must pay one more night or check in at 3pm. He had great English but whenever we talk to him about the call we’ve made, he shrugged, and said “no english.” We weren’t going to stay at the lobby until 3pm so we ended up paying the amount - in euros too. We felt like we were robbed. The room we were given was not satisfactory. You get what you pay for, I suppose. The toilet was leaking, leaving the bathroom floor wet throughout our entire stay. When we informed the counter of this, the man said he would look into it, and never did. The shower was poor temperature and very low water pressure. Lukewarm showers during this winter was quite painful to bear. The radiator in the room was functioning alright, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast isn’t up to standards, but it fills up the belly. To summarize, we got what we paid for. I would not expect anyone to hope for more than that.

We had one night at the hotel. It is very well located next to the bus station. The staff was very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed to get to the airport and Pemukle. Breakfast was very good. Recommended.

As a transit point for us to visit Pamukkale it was in the most perfect location right across the street from the Main Bus Terminal in Denizli. This meant a 1min walk from our Hotel to the Bus Terminal!!!

If you know where to park your car , I think this is a very good hotel in this city with high CP. you have to park your can in a public parking lot which is the basement of a bus station. We took a lot of time to find that parking lot then. Buffet breakfast is good. Room is clean but a little old though. I will come back here next time.

Disappointing
Both my husband and myself feel that the quality of this hotel has slipped somewhat. I arrived alone while my husband attended a hospital appointment. I checked in ok and was then handed my key, but nobody carried my suitcase to the room as would usually happen. There is no longer any tea available in the foyer during the day, the terrace bar had no white wine (as usual) and was quite frankly very unwelcoming. We also feel that the breakfast was below par as it used to be excellent. Whether all these things are due to staff cuts, we don’t know, but all in all it was not as good as normal, and we stay here quite regularly. It appears to have lost its lustre a bit unfortunately.

Complete Horrible Nightmare.
We informed about arriving at 2am midnight travelling 12hrs non stop with an informed plan to visit pamukkale next day early morning. The staff took 45min to check~in attending random people coming in paying 100TL another 70TL and giving them keys seems to be local. So booking this hotel in advance didnt made any sense. After 45min of wait we were given keys of 3rd floor expecting by the guy at merely can call reception to climb with our baggage where elevator were not working without his information. After much persuading the staff agreed to give 1st floor's key, reaching on wifi not working and tap water was muddy too. If 1 issue could have understood but issues in our 10hrs stay for which I booked for 2 days as it was cross date booking. Can say this was biggest nightmare and hotels.com should take out this hotel from its listing.

Breakfast was amazing ! (Given the price of the hotel). Rooms are older, dated and plain. Bathrooms could use a good scrub. Beds could use another blanket on the bed. But for the price, this is a stopover hotel, not a place you will be staying for a long period.

Perfect location just at the exit of the bus stop. Clean. Staff are nice. I reached early in the morning but was not allowed to check in until the check in time. Fair enough, but i think you should have an option of early check in for those who come from far by overnight busses and other transports.

This is a budget hotel and they are providing a very good service, clean rooms an a very good breakfast in a very central location. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect Location.
The hotel location is good. Especially when you’re going to Pamukkale on your own by bus. Many good eateries around. However the bathroom leaked and not attended to when complained.

Decent no frills hotel
This is a decent midrange hotel. There are no frills here, but it’s clean and everything works. The staff are friendly and helpful and the wifi signal is good. Breakfast is plentiful without reaching any great heights. It’s ideally located at the back entrance to the bus station and represents excellent value. I would choose to stay there again.

Excellent location opposite the entrance to bus station. Useful for early morning bus. Also close to train station. Many shops and eating places in the area. Reasonably priced set meal for dinner available. Packed breakfast provided on request for early departures. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall extremely good value for the price by any standard.

One night in Denizli
I chose this hotel because of its reviews and very close to Otogar, I was not disappointed. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke excellent English, a great help with my limited Turkish. I had a double room with a balcony despite travelling solo. The breakfast was superb with hot and cold options,and when I say superb,I mean it!!!If I return to watch another Denizlispor game this is my return hotel.

Good stay value for money
Room was decent spacious, clean & had a few essentials fridge, kettle, towels.. good location really close & easy to get to pammukale (bus right in front of hotel) takes 25mins to get there very easy to get around. Only down side is the WiFi is a bit slow sometimes I couldn’t use the WiFi at all. Staff were friendly and breakfast was pretty good they have a lot of variety.

it’s perfect just for a quick stay over
the condition of the hotel needs to be improved, the fridge in my room made a loud annoying noise, i had to unplug it in order to get to sleep. location is good as it s near to bus / mini bus station, however it can be pretty noisy at night too. the water shower was not hot enough at night, yet in the day was perfectly ok.

I think we were given one of their staff quarters with a sloping roof across half the room and the lift not reaching until our floor. I did notice there were quite a few rooms on the floor below ours which were empty and could have been allocated to us. The staff were friendly though only one of them could speak to us in English and the food served at their restaurant was good.

Not great, not bad. Staff were variable, some were really nice and helpful, others just couldn't be bothered. Rooms were decent size, but a bit old. Bathroom door was extremely creaky, the water in the shower was slow to heat up. Breakfast was decent. Location was ok, close to the bus station so you don't have to take a taxi to and from.

A brilliant short break for visiting family, shopping & sightseeing. The hotel was in a perfect location near the bus station, yet it was quiet. Breakfast was first class. Our only complaint is that on our last day they placed a family in the next room with two small, VERY noisy children. The management did ask them to respect other people's peace and quiet, but it didn't help at all. Apart from that everything was perfect and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hotel was definitely not more than a 3* star, yet our criteria was not luxury as we slept there only few hours. We wanted the hotel to be cheap, clean and close to the bus station - all of these were accommodated.

This hotel locates one block from train station and facing the bus terminal with frequent Dolmus service to Pamukkle. For those who are taking the overnight coach to Gerome, the hotel offers 1/2 day rent to allow check out time just 30 minutes before coach departure
