Lovely family run hotel with complimentary drop off at the top gate of Pamukkhale. We were a family of 4 in a rooms with 3 beds a roll out bed so room was very cramped.

Perfect family run hotel with amazing service
Family run hotel . very friendly and English speaking and made us comfortable from the first minute . good home made food which we really enjoyed. Amazing service. always a smile on the face and ready to help . always ready to converse and make us feel special and comfortable . would love to come back to the same hotel .

Friendly ans helpful
This place is family run, with the son, Pawa, acts as sort of manager, the father, who is sort of fill in the gaps, the mom is in charge of the kitchen. She also runs the hotel restaurant providing great meals with reasonable cost. Friendly service, good food, clean place, able to meet all requests, can't ask for more!

The rooms are very tight and small. We could smell sewage from the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful and try to be accommodating. They do offer a Turkish "Fast" breakfast which was welcomed.

Free Ride to the top gate so travertine and heiropolus walk down hill. Offer of more food at breakfast. Very friendly and helpful. Close to bus drinks and sights.

This family who own this business are so welcoming and polite. Lovely people to be around. Always there to help you. Breakfast could be better with more variety on the plate. I really liked how they offered a menu to choose from especially so late when we checked in so convenient for us.

Nice, but noisy place at night
Good location with walking distance to the attractions, clean place. It even has a swimming pool. But we go room facing noisy traffic all night.

Central value for money hotel
Great little hotel. Only stayed 1 night, but really impressed, as the hotel was so well located for the main attractions. Small room, but really comfortable bed and a powerful shower. Satellite TV within the room. Small swimming pool, which we used to cool off. Excellent Turkish breakfast was included with our room rate. The owner of this hotel was very friendly and clearly proud of his small hotel.

Very good pool and location. It was noisy from traffic occasionally. My main issue was a deception by the owner. When I booked online I immediately realized it was the wrong day. Immediately called the hotel and owner assured me I won't be charged since I changed my booking to next day, even though he said I had to take a double room. When I arrived he demanded $20 for the previous day which he had from the online booking anyway.

I explained to you when we spoke on the phone, your reservation was the day before, you arrived the day after and unfortunately we don't have the empty single room that day and i didn't want you to wait until check-in time, i gave you a room to rest, i had two beds room only and i tell it tha day before when we talked on the phone, we didn't cheat you about it, you knew it. I also didn't get 20$ and the room i reserved for you because you didn't come on the day it was left empty. I gave you a double room even though you came a day after your booking date and you stay in this room for the price of a single room we didn't ask you any extra cost show me if you have any proof of charge, please do not slander me in vain please? I am the owner of this business thank you anyway.

Great location.
A functional room for an overnight stay. Fabulous breakfast and location. On the downside no top sheet so we slept under a rough itchy light bedspread which was not quite warm enough. There was a blanket in the cupboard but that was too much.

How to make a customer come back
Very simple hotel, but with very nice and friendly staff. The room was really clean when we arrived, just missed that no one enter the room for daily cleaning or at least garbage removal. Mattress was really good. Room a little small for 3 persons, if you plan to stay in the room. Breakfast was really good and plenty for that type of hotel. Good money for value.

great stay
i stayed there for a night. its only a few minutes walking distance from Bus station, 5 minute walk from the travertines. it is a family run business and excellent service. home cooked dinner was fantastic.

Lovely small hotel
Charming and comfortable, Aspawa is also convenient to the Travertines (as is the entire town). The home made dinner was excellent and affordable at 35TL--say yes to that!

Perfect for your basic needs w/ a great location!
Small family owned motel-type of establishment. We found it to be perfect for our minimal needs. Took an overnight bus from Istanbul into Pamukkale, so we got in very early. The owner welcomed us with open arms and allowed us to check in around 9AM with no hesitation. He was very accommodating. When it was time to check out, we weren't due to depart till much later in the day. He kept our bags, allowed us to hang out near the pool, and even offered us the opportunity to use the shower before our next bus ride to Cappadocia. The pool is small, but refreshing after walking all day. The owner does a great job of maintaining it, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in it. Breakfast is a typical Turkish continental meal, which was filling for us. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a no frills place where basic needs can be met with a personal touch of hospitality. The location is within short walking distance to the sights and restaurants.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are getting old ans should get upgrade. Forget even watching television on the old TV that does not work. The air condition works great for these 38 degree days. You will hear everything that happens in the common room above you. High heals sounds like the person is coming through the ceiling. The location and price is right.

Don't think about this hotel
The orner who is not good take care of travelers.Me and my wife is stay this hotel 3 days but He never ask us for clean room and changing towels. Especially Room is not comforterble with terrable noisy so we are not sleep well everyday. I pay water in breakfast he chage that.and dinner is so expensive other than around Restarant price is double .He only wants to save money at all I think. Me and my wife is terrable time at this hotel. Actually I do not think about this hotel.
