The Beach House has 2 Adjacent Units (2BR/1BR) that have been lovingly renovated and furnished with coastal ocean vibes. Perfect for Extended Stays- Come to vacation, work, or play! The location is perfect- just minutes from the excitement of famous Atlantic Avenue (3 miles), restaurants, shopping and the best beaches (2.5-3 miles)! Looking to fish for Peacock Bass?! Lake Ida is only 3.5 miles away!! Walmart, Starbucks and great bars are just a walk away! The Space: You’ll find all the comforts of home on the water. The kitchen is equipped with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. K-cups and tea provided. Apartment #1 The bedroom has a KING memory foam mattress with plenty of pillows and clean white linens. There is also a 40" Roku TV located in the bedroom. Another sleeping area is the FULL memory foam pull out sofa. There is dedicated workspace and high-speed WIFI. The living area includes a 40" ROKU smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming apps. The bathroom has all the necessity; white towels, black makeup towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries in case you forget your own. Apartment #2 The primary bedroom has a KING memory foam mattress and also features a 40" Roku TV. The secondary bedroom has a QUEEN memory foam mattress. You’ll be provided with plenty of pillows and clean white linens. Another sleeping area is the QUEEN memory foam pull out sofa. There is dedicated workspace and high-speed WIFI. The living area includes a 55" ROKU smart TV. Feel free to use your own streaming apps. The bathroom has all the necessity; white towels, black makeup towels, hair dryer and basic toiletries in case you forget your own. As an ADDED BONUS we provide beach towels, beach chair, a few beach toys and small coolers for your trips to the beach. No need to pack these extra items in your suitcase! Feel free to take our 1 or 2 person or single person KAYAK out to explore our little piece of paradise. Each unit has its own outdoor patio to enjoy the serene waterfront view. The patio is perfect for morning coffee listening to the waves and birds or for closing out the night with a bottle of wine and quiet conversation under the twinkle lights. Also, enjoy the provided charcoal grill. Shared laundry is available in the garage for guest use.
