Definitely not as expected, please beware of residence!

The host never contacted us with arrival details. We had no way to unlock the unit. Fortunately, there were nice people on the grounds there that informed us that we needed an electronic key code. Also, there was no electricity to the unit and the host was notified but never notified us. Then through it all, we never could get in touch with the host, who wasn’t supposed to be renting out that property. Vrbo’s customer service team was TOP NOTCH in helping us find another location!
