Allow us to address your concerns: 1 - Early Check-In: Unfortunately, we were unable to offer an early check-in due to a previous guest who had just checked out. Our cleaning service needed sufficient time to prepare the unit for your arrival. 2 - Toilet Handle: We regret that the toilet handle broke during your stay. It appears that you were a bit rough while using it. We promptly requested our handyman to fix it, but you broke a different toilet part the next day. 3 - Bed Frame and Mattress: The bed frame is only a year old, and the mattress is a Tempur-Pedic. We’re puzzled as to why you are the only one who felt squeaky. We appreciate your feedback and will investigate further. 4 - Non-Venting Dryer: Our non-venting dryer requires periodic water box emptying. We understand this can be inconvenient and appreciate your patience. 5- Refund Exception: Despite our strict cancellation policy, we made an exception and refunded two nights. However, it was not enough to make you happy. We are very sorry that we can not offer your requested compensation. 6 - Next Time: We recommend considering a hotel stay for your next visit. Sorry your arrival wasn't smooth! We sent those access instructions & video just in case, and understand prime parking spots can be snug. Backing in might be easier for your larger vehicle next time.
