Welcome to The Treehouse, a rustic Lake Martin getaway designed for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying time outdoors. Located in the Turner Point area off Highway 50, this home offers elevated views, a comfortable layout, and convenient access to popular Lake Martin destinations.



From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice the elevated setting and views that carry throughout the home—including the living room, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom. Inside, the home features a true rustic lake house feel with unique stone flooring and a relaxed, comfortable style.

The main living areas are all on the entry level from the driveway, including the living room, kitchen, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and private bathroom, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen for shared use. A washer and dryer are tucked into a utility closet just off the kitchen for added convenience.

Upstairs, the loft-style third bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase and includes two queen beds and its own bathroom, creating a separate and flexible sleeping space. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping, allowing the home to accommodate up to 10 guests.



Outdoor Areas

The outdoor areas are a standout feature of the home. The entry level offers expansive decking—perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The deck is accessible from the kitchen/main entrance, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom, extending along much of the home’s exterior for easy indoor-outdoor access.

A unique feature of the property is the beautiful waterfalls located on both sides of the home. Pumped directly from Lake Martin and activated daily, they create a peaceful atmosphere and provide the soothing sound of flowing water while you relax outdoors, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind after a day on the lake.

A separate lower-level outdoor space, accessed by exterior steps, is set up for entertaining and gathering. This area includes a large outdoor sofa, a table with a built-in fire feature, outdoor refrigerator, sink, and ice maker. A steel fire pit and outdoor TV make it an ideal spot for evenings outside.
