This villa is located at the entrance of Le Touquet in the forest behind the Golf, and benefits directly from the cycle paths along the golf course.

Villa of 180 m2 with all comforts on a plot of 1500 m2 not closed.

Villa comprising an equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace in working order.
A dining room with extension.
4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets distributed as follows:

The garden is not closed and the owner is allergic to dog and cat hair. Pets are not accepted.

The villa must be returned in an acceptable cleanliness at the end of the stay despite the compulsory cleaning fee (empty bins, cleared breakfast, empty fireplace ...)

bien.... mais les chambres en sous sol auraient mérité d'être aérées avant notre arrivée (humidité) et (peut-être un détail) mais le remplacement de la cafetière électrique qui fuyait... malgré notre signalement et dont on n'a pas pu l'utiliser. Sinon très bon séjour.

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr groß. Die Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet, es fehlen große Pfannen und ein zweiter großer Topf. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr empfehlenswert, allerdings sind die Räume im Untergeschoss feucht.

Das Haus liegt ruhig nah einer Sackgasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ist schön. Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer oben und zwei im Souterrain. Dort war es feucht und die Bettwäsche und die Bettdecken waren klamm und es roch. Im Laufe der Zeit ging es. Auch die Sauberkeit war nicht so, wie wir es eigentlich gewöhnt sind. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war gut, bei der Agentur hatten wir eine kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe und Abreise.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. La maison est très grande, propre et très bien équipée. Sa situation géographique la place au calme tout en restant proche des commerces et à 20 minutes à pied de la plage de Stella. Ajoutez à cela une hôte très disponible qui répond quasiment en temps réel aux messages. Bref une adresse à retenir. Merci beaucoup, Arthur

Sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger und gehobeneren Lage. Ort und Strände sind dank gut ausgebauter Radwege schnell zu erreichen. Sowohl Hausverwaltung als auch Vermieter waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Beau jardin et 2 belles chambres

Jardin tres agreable et rdc fonctionnel bien qu'un peu vieillot avec deux belles chambres lumineuses donnant sur le jardin. Les 2 autres chambres sont en sous sol avec des petites fenetres en haut, assez froides et beaucoup moins agreables.

Super séjour dans un environnement privilégié !

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé, le propriété est magnifique, c'est beau, c'est calme, c'est grand et elle a toutes les commodités ! De plus, elle est placée idéalement par rapport aux différents centres d'intérêt du coin. Nous avions prévu les vélos et n'avons presque pas dû utiliser la voiture. Eve est une extrême gentillesse et fait preuve d'une disponibilité à toute épreuve ! Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons vivement son logement pour des escapades en famille ou entre amis !

Une semaine avec nos petits-enfants

Belle propriété dans un endroit très calme avec un joli jardin. Pour notre usage et l’âge de nos petits-enfants un peu éloignée de la plage. Les chambres du Rez de chaussée sont agréables et lumineuses au contraire de celles du sous-sol. Un rafraîchissement serait bienvenu dans certains secteurs de la maison ainsi qu’un renouvellement de certains matériel de cuisine et de vaisselle.
