The Oak & Fern Suite (upper unit) is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, living room, dining room and a full sized kitchen. The property sits on the outskirts of downtown but only within minutes drive from all amenities including grocery stores, shopping boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants, the hospital, North Island College, CFB Comox, the airport, biking/ hiking trails, beach access, the Powell River Ferry terminal, Mt. Washington Resort and the Comox Marina. There is a designated parking of up to two vehicles. This guesthouse is a pet and smoke free accommodation.

Peaceful Spot

This is a great suite in a beautiful area, and the hosts are lovely. It was extremely well-stocked, and clearly thoughtfully designed for guests to enjoy to the fullest. Quiet, clean, with a great patio to listen to the birds while you watch the sunrise through the trees.

The house is stunning. All brand new everything, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Even games for time with the family. They thought of everything! Area is quiet and so relaxing. The covered porch is the best place to sit and listen to the forest. Hosts were super responsive and kind. House is 10 minutes from all amenities. Perfect spot, will come back!
