I have stayed in many different hotels, including luxury hotels, but the staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful that I will never forget it. Welcome to the hotel, on the mirror and notepad! and the welcome message they wrote on my mirror and notepad was also very heartwarming.

部屋アメニティは一切ない。タオル交換、ルームクリーニングは3泊中一度もなかった。タオル交換は自己申告制。部屋に湯沸かしポット、お茶などなし。フロント横レストランのお湯、ティーパック、コーヒーは24時間飲み放題。フロントスタッフは非常に感じ良い。

The reception staff usually informs guests of this at check-in, but we will inevtiably forget mentioning it every now and again. 何よりコペンハーゲン中央駅から近くて便利でした。朝食なしでしたが、近くのカフェが朝早くから開店しているので全く問題ありませんでした。フロントの方も皆にこやかで親切な方ばかりでした。

4泊して最初の3泊はシングルルームを利用。残りの1泊はダブルルームでした。シングルルームのお部屋は清潔なお部屋で、中庭に面していてとても静かで快適でしたが、ダブルルームのお部屋は道路側に面していて、外の音がうるさく、バスルームのシャワーの足元の黒い水カビが少し気になりました。フロントのスタッフの方々はとても親切で優しかった。

中央駅から至近で便利

１泊利用しました。中央駅から至近であり、非常に便利な立地です。駅構内の商店をはじめ、近くにスーパーマーケットもあり、買い物も問題なくできます。但し、周辺のホテルでもありがちですが、エアコンがないので、夏場の日中には高温で過ごしづらい面があります。夜中になると涼しくなるので、睡眠には問題ないレベルになります。

取り上げるほどの不満ではありませんが、お部屋に着くまで階段が数段あったので、スーツケースで少し大変だった。お食事のパンがすごく美味しかった。中庭の掃除の音が朝早くうるさかった。フロントの方々は皆感じが良かった。

スタッフさんの対応は良かったのですが、清潔感等なく部屋のポットは掃除がされていないのか汚かった。チェックアウト時にエレベーターの点検で動かず、階段で重い荷物を運ぶしかなく本当に大変でした。もう行くことはないかな。

便利なホテルです。

ホテルのチェックインまでに時間がある場合は荷物置き場に荷物を置いておくことができます。フロントに言えば預かってくれます。朝食はバウチャー方式です。チェックインしたときに朝食カードをもらってください。また、近くにセブンイレブンがあるので、夜のおつまみにも困りません。

とても素敵な滞在でした。

あまり期待をせず、、と思って行ったのですが、とても綺麗で一人部屋としても十分に過ごせました。バスルームもちゃんと清掃されており、清潔さに不満は全くなかったのですが、デンマークだからかヨーロッパだからかわからないですが、シャンプーとボディーソープが合体(?)したものが備え付けられていましたので、気になる方は他で買われた方がいいかもしれません。また、バスルームのカーテンが少し短く、シャワーをすると水が結構飛び散りました。 wifiは速度がとても早く不自由なく使えました。私の部屋は一番上の奥まったところで心配でしたが問題ありませんでした。また、ライブに行き、帰りが24時になって心配でしたが、周辺の建物はとても明るくて車通りも多く、(バスなど公共交通機関を使用すること前提ですが)周辺の安全面に関しても良かったです。ただ、24時以降はカードキーを持っていないと入れないため、必ずあることを確認して出掛けられる事をお勧めします。また洗濯に関しては、フロントに伝えると、袋と紙を渡されて自分の洗濯したい分を記入し持ってくるよう言われました。金額は服一枚一枚に発生するため、私は近くのスーパーで洗剤(9kroner)を買い、自分で簡単に洗い部屋の中で干しました。1日あれば乾くのに十分な風もありましたし、私は頼まなくて良かったと思っています。言語はデンマーク語もしくは映画です。フレンドリーなスタッフの人達で、差別も全くありませんでした。またこちらへ来る機会があればここのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。写真は汚くてごめんなさい。。笑

素晴らしい！

チボリ公園とは大きな駅舎をはさんですぐの距離で、コペンの中心部やニューハウンまでもぶらぶらと充分歩いて行け、最高の立地でした。ホテルの方はものsyごく親切で、セキュリティのかかったエレベーター、ドアロックのある荷物ルームや、欧州ではレアな野菜(生パプリカ&トマト&きゅうり)と卵(ゆで&スクランブル)がある朝食ビュッフェも嬉しかったです。

It’s right next to the station so really convenient to get to and from the airport. It is about a 20 minute walk from the main city centre but it’s a nice walk in with lots of bakeries etc to stop on the way

Super friendly staff and very helpful. The location is perfect being close to the train station. The room was also surprisingly clean. I’d stay there again.
