"We booked this property over a month in advance to visit our son in the area. We could not get them to give us checkin instructions. Eventually we got host to call us only after contacting vrbo. He told us a story about previous renter being sick and tried to move us to a different house 30 minutes ..."

Sep 24, 2019We love Claremont, it's a lovely college town, but it's too bad there is only one decent hotel there. Double Tree takes advantage of guests: when 3 of us had dinner at the hotel restaurant, they added 22% service charge on top of food bill and tip.
