Welcome to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc!
It is a pleasure to welcome you in this warm and cosy nest, very quiet and comfortable, which will make you feel like at home, and will be ideal for your vacations!
With a surface of 110m2, the house has an outdoor space and 3 bedrooms, and can accommodate up to 9 people.
All amenities are nearby: bars, restaurants, shops, ski lifts, tourist sites and attractions.

## Logement
This house, 110 m2, has an outdoor space with a nice view on the Mont-Blanc and the Brévent. It can accommodate nine people and will be ideal for a family vacation! It includes :
- a room with a double bed
- one room with a double bed and a single bed
- one room with two single beds and two bunk beds
The double beds are 180x200cm and 160x200cm, the single and bunk beds are all 90x200cm. Note that it is possible to separate the 180x200cm bed into two 90x200cm beds in room 1, and to combine two single beds to form a 180x200 double bed in room 3.
The chalet has two bathrooms; a fully equipped kitchen with storage in the back (also usable for storing sports equipment for example), a dining room and a lounge area.
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wi-Fi (high speed fiber), hair dryer, television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, iron, small household appliances, 2 refrigerators / freezers, raclette machine, top of the range bedding, garden furniture, board games and a baby bed.
Finally, a parking space is available free of charge at the Parking d'Entrèves, located at 2 minutes walk from the accommodation.
The location of the accommodation is ideal. It is located 10 minutes walk from the city center and 450 m from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, leading to a site not to be missed in the Chamonix valley!
All amenities are nearby: bars, restaurants, shops, ski rental (we can give you a discount flyer for a store located a few minutes walk away and able to deliver)...
For your small shopping, a SPAR, a Carrefour Market, a wine shop and two bakeries are less than 10 minutes away by foot, in addition to the access to the city center of Chamonix.
The bus station is 100m from the apartment and buses are free thanks to the guest cards given in the apartment.
The bus station is 2mn walk away and will take you to all the ski areas.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the emblematic sites of Chamonix such as: the Mer de Glace and the Montenvers train at 14 minutes, the cable car leading to the Aiguille du Midi at 5 minutes, the Tourist Office at 12 minutes, the Crystal Museum at 13 minutes, all on foot, but also the Richard Bozon Sports Center at 5 minutes by car, the Domaine des Planards at 6 minutes, and many others...
For your comfort, a professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

Famous ski resort, Chamonix is famous for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively city center and many activities are offered in winter as well as in summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other tourist places are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a valley of glaciers 7.5 km long. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered all year long.
