was charged a much more expensive price. The hotel blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the hotel. Nobody could fix the problem.. so both the hotel and Expedia were wrong and nobody cared to help. Won’t use either again.

The price your are referring to was the room rate without VAT , so the price charged is correct as stated on your booking and by us and Expedia. you are absolutely free to not use any of the service ever again, but on behalf of the hotel and expedia no wistake were made and your were charged the exposed price.

Cute hotel overlooking the lake
The room was small but comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake which was the highlight of our stay. Bed and pillows were comfi too. But the best part was the people; very nice and attend. We had an electric vehicle which were given a parking adjacent to hotel and we just gave them the key and they will put it to charge. They printed our boarding passes for our return flight. They gave us recommendation where to eat good local food. We had a great time in our 2 nights stay.

Stunning views
We had the most amazing 2 nights at Hotel Miralago, this is such a beautiful hotel in a great location, wonderful views. Hotel is on the older side but you don’t mind when the staff are so friendly and it fits in with the aesthetics of the lake! You wouldn’t want modern here! Breakfast daily was lovely.

The location is absolutely perfect. Right on the water with several dining options, shops, cafe’s within a few steps. The building is beyond charming. Staff was so kind, attentive and gracious. Met our every need with a smile.

Our room was not clean. There were dog hairs all over the bed, both on and under the sheets, dead bugs inside the picture frames, and a thick layer of dust covering the top and back of the (non-functioning) refrigerator. The carpet needed vacuuming. There is a hole in the bathroom wall with exposed wires. The entire hotel needs an update and a deep cleaning. It is barely a 3-star. There is no way it deserves a 4-star rating.

We loved the niceness of the manager who gave us a beautiful room with the best view of the lake. The restaurant had amazing breakfast and lunch. Thank you for making our stay lovely. We live in NZ so it was a bucket list to visit lake como.

Great location on a lake and close to the boat dock where all the boats to Bellagio and Como stop. Breakfast is lovely, the restaurant downstairs is with a view of the lake, very romantic! The staff is very helpful! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The peach smell from the trees blooming, the shimmer of the lake, the cappuccino mornings… this was the most incredible stay we have ever had the privilege to experience. We were heartbroken to leave, what a place, what a family and what an absolute blessing of a hotel.

Quaint hotel, rooms are smaller and somewhat more dated than the price would suggest. Airconditioning is very noisy, and beds are not comfortable. However staff are very pleasant, and the restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. Parking was also easy.

The view of the lake was beautiful here. It's conveniently located by the dock so we had easy pick up for a boat tour and right by the water taxi. Even though the area was a little busier being by the dock, I didn't find it to be noisy at all. The breakfast was nicely set up and we had delicious options. The staff was friendly and accommodating helping answer our questions about nearby things to do, where to go, and giving an extra N95 mask when we needed one for the water taxi.

Hotel Miralago is in the perfect location, steps from the Cernobbio ferry terminal. We had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the lake. There are some great restaurants in the neighborhood as well just steps away. Breakfast was fantastic as well. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was beautiful. The room was not gigantic but sufficient and the breakfast was delicious. Raphaella was super helpful and she spoke English which was very nice. Parking was easy and the location was the best. Hotel Miralago is 2 stops from Como Center or an hour walk. Como center is an awesome shopping experience. Of all the cities that we have been to we liked the shopping at Como the best!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Great Lake views and close to ferry stop. Breakfast is great including some egg options.

Beautiful situation, friendly and helpful staff, particularly for the checkin. It was worth paying to have the lake view. The rooms are clean and pleasant with the traditional decor of an Italian hotel that we love. The breakfast was generous and the chef of the restaurant is outstanding. Our one critique was the shower that lacked pressure making it difficult to wash hair.

Great location and very nice staff. The hotel is a bit worn and could be nicer for a 4 star hotel. We had a large corner room with great view of the lake and a small balcony. Bathroom was small with telephone booth sized shower, bidet, toilet and sink all stuffed into the small space. Old building with lots of charm.

Lake Como gem In Cernobbio
This hotel In Cernobbio is wonderful. Arrived by boat to this scenic hotel and that set the tone for a great stay on Lake Como. The only thing I would like to see improved is the dated condition of the room. Very old wallpaper and carpet could use a refresh. Helpful staff and location make this a winner.

The location of this hotel was great. The rooms were on the smaller side but the views of the water through charming floor to ceiling window with window boxes full of beautiful flowers was awesome. Amenities and cleanliness were very good. We thought breakfast was included but there seemed to be a small fee??? I need to go back and check the bill because the people we were traveling with mention it. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food prices in Harry's, the restaurant right in front of the hotel seem to be out of line with rest of city. All and all Beautiful area and Hotel. I would stay again!

Beautiful spot to stay on Lake Como
The hotel welcomes guests nicely and features beautiful lake views that make up for the rather small room. Breakfast was excellent offering a very good variety of choices. The staff was polite and helpful with directions, information and car service arrangements.
