Oh my the young lady at the front counter was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond by accommodating me. I was darn near two hours late checking in and she also let me know about the extended stay if I ever needed it. I will always come here if I need to. She made me feel like I was at home my goodness. Give the young black lady her raise TODAY!!

Couldn’t check in after 7:13 because the woman was being rude and told me it was going to take an hour for her to receive my reservation because she was closing at 8 pm smh after she had told me to come by to book a room me my 2 year old and husband had to sleep in our car

The room was clean but really small, there was no space in the bathroom to get ready.
We checked out on Sunday and had to wait till 9am for someone to check us out, we weren't told they open until 9am, a little inconvenient if you are heading out early.

Room was fine except blinds had a 1” gap on the side. I made a toilet paper shade, worked fine blocking passersby’s views. As the office isn’t open early, it needs a key drop box, had to slide my key card under the door. But not a bad place. Would stay there again.

The front staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient in getting us checked in. The room was clean and efficient for our one-night stay. The location was convenient to stores, restaurants, and the freeway.

Property was close to interstate, simple but clean. Security had to let us in and he was cordial and accomodating.

Like the little kitchen and shower in room 107. Good size fridge and microwave. Did not like front desk closed in certain hours cause we ran out of tp at around 1am.

No hot water, took an ice cold shower, no curtains, only blinds which allowed people to see in and let to much light in. Front desk staff said it would take 45 minutes for my reservation to be available. Loud other tenants. I will never stay here again.

I liked the clean smell of the bedding and friendly staff. The floor in the room needed to be mopped, people on the 2nd floor were noisy, and there was dog poop outside our front door.

My spouse and I got a room here for the night because we wanted to be in the city for a family event. When we walked into our room right away we could smell dog, the rug in the room had dog hair all over it and even the iron board. I ordered a queen size bed room and received a full size bed. My spouse and I wanted to shower right away to cool off from the heat of Arizona and instead could only take a hot shower or a scorching hot shower. Their was absolutely no cool/ cold water. My spouse and I aren’t ones to complain but all in all the room is definitely $72 room. We literally slept with a chair under our door because we did not feel safe at this hotel. I should have taken photos, smh.

Had two persons open room door with a key card that was issued at the front door. Scared the hell out of use. Luckily the two were very apologetic. After they left our key card stoped working. Not happy. Called office they apologize and re- issued key cards. They did offer to change our room we decided to stay in room.
