この3ベッドルームの1階建てのヴィラは、CarvoeiroのVale do Milho地区に位置し、9ホールのゴルフコースから徒歩圏内、ビーチや高級レストランから数分です。 ヴィラには完全にプライベートな10m x 5mのプールがあり、子供を保護するためにゲートを開くことができます。 プールの暖房は1週間に120ポンド余分です。 Carvoeiro村の中心部から少し離れており、そこには数多くのレストランやバー、美しいビーチがあります。 壮大な美しさのより静かなビーチは、短いドライブ内に見つけることができます。 地元の市場やバーベキューに必要なものすべてを買うために車で5分ほどの優れたスーパーマーケットもあります。 このヴィラは若い家族と一緒に大好きですが、静かでプライベートなヴィラを探しているカップルもあります。 大規模なテラスは、特に海に谷の景色を楽しんでいる間、素晴らしいポルトガルワインのボトルまたは2つのそれらの暑い夜にリラックス、日光浴と食事に適しています。 マスターベッドルームには、豪華なバスルーム付きの大きな6ftベッドが備わります。 他の2つのベッドルームにはツインベッドが付いていますが、必要に応じてダブルベッドとして設定することもできます。 ベッドルームは全てヴィラの片側にあり、夜は小さな子供達に近づき、残りのヴィラからは寝室を閉めることができます。 2つのバスルームは新しくて抜群の品質です。 ヴィラには設備の整ったモダンなキッチンがあり、家庭料理やプールを見下ろすテラスでの食事に非常に適しています。 ラウンジは広々としており、独立した広いダイニングルームが贅沢な雰囲気をもたらし、自宅で食事をするスペースを広げています。 映画やスカイスポーツを含む多数の英語チャンネルを備えたフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。 これは閉鎖の端に近い住宅街なので、通過する交通からの騒音はほとんどありません。 メイドは週に2回訪問し、ハウスマネージャーも手配しています。 全てのお客様が楽しめる、とてもプライベートで、静かでのどかなヴィラ。

A fantastic five night stay. My wife and I travelled with our two children (ages 5 and 16 months). The outdoor setup was exactly what we wanted. Huge patio with an awesome pool. Nice rooftop place to hang if you desire. The area has a ton of great spots to visit nearby. Interior was well stocked with everything you need. Hope to be back!

The property was perfect for our group! The fence off pool was excellent with our young grandchildren and the host heated it for us to a perfect temperature. The home is located in a quiet area away from downtown Carvoeiro, which is what we were looking for. The home was kept clean with regular cleaning days. We had a wonderful two weeks here!

We had a wonderful stay and really glad we had the pool heated and the bathroom heated clothes racks. We had a car but took walks to the ocean and restaurants. Host was super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Our stay was fabulous! We loved everything about our visit. Exploring the area and tours we took were very enjoyable. The people of Portugal are so friendly and warm. We will definitely be returning to Portugal! Our only complaint was the internet service which was unreliable.

The villa was a perfect stay for us (5 friends, one with accessibility needs: everything single level, walk in showers, large rooms w amble room around beds, well-equipped kitchen, ample indoor and outdoor spaces. Overall we had an excellent stay. We did have a problem with the keys. The door looks automatically from inside. We only had one key and found ourselves looked out one night. We did have a quick response from the management company. They suggested having another in the lockbox outside. They did put one in the following day. Unfortunately we were charged a fee for their service.

The house is spacious and well laid out. Very nice patio and sitting area outside, kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, lots of good restaurants in Carvoeiro about 1km away plus a great Indian restaurant, Pashmina, around the corner. Pool looked great but it was rainy when we were there and we didnt use it.

This was our 3rd villa holiday and definitely the best accomodation we have experienced it had a well equipped kitchen and cleaning twice a week was an unexpected treat. We heated the pool which on occasion was a bit too warm not sure if it could be adjusted a bit down. I liked it though!!

We very much liked the Villa and it’s surrounding. Lot’s of space to enjoy. The house and pool was very nice. The view from the terrace is excellent. The services (cleaning and pool) in and around the house are good. Very nice people to have around. Minor issues were directly solved. Contact with the owner was excellent and helpful. We did a walk to the coastline. Magnificent views, very short by.

The property was everything we hoped it would be, and more. Communication was excellent from the beginning. Property is located in a lovely, quiet area and only a short drive from many bars and restaurants. Very family-friendly place. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. Glad we had a hire car. This house was one of the best house we have ever rentes on Vrbo. Big, clean, nice pool and outdoor areas and very well equipped. The hostess was so helpfull and welcomming and the maid so sweet. The house is located in a quiet area, but close ti the beach and Carvoeiro center. We loved this house and hope to return!

We loved this villa, it was so amazing. Outside areas were awesome. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, it was just what we wanted. There was so much space and absolutely everything that we needed. Clare was really helpful and friendly. I would love to return!

Just back from our stay at this villa. Communication pre-holiday was excellent; villa was just as listed, very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Opted to pay for pool heating and glad we did as meant kids could play in it for ages without getting chilly. Local beaches were lovely and we managed without a hire car; got an Uber when needed which was really easy and not too pricey either. Ate out a bit and cooked the rest of the time; kitchen was well equipped to do so. Didn’t have any issues at all; area was very peaceful and we had the chilled relaxing holiday that we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa and would happily go back ourselves.

You can't find better accommodations than this lovely villa! It is beautiful and has an incredible view of the ocean. Because it isn't right in town, it is very peaceful and serene. All the spaces, inside and out, are well appointed and comfortable. Even though we chose not to heat the pool, it was very warm due to the solar cover they use. We loved walking into town for both hiking and meals. We will definitely be back and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

We stayed for a week while golfing in the area. Villa was excellent and exceeded expectations. The kitchen is well equipped and large lounge/dining area was very comfortable. Bedrooms are a very good size with plenty storage space. The outside seating areas and rooftop terrace would be fantastic spaces in the warm weather. The pool is fantastic. Very happy to recommend and hopefully will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Clare’s home. Situated in a beautiful part of the Algarve near the sweet town of Carvoeiro, the house has lovely views and is spacious and comfortable. Even though we were staying during the winter, the ocean was still warm enough to swim in and the patio of the house retained enough heat to enjoy being outside most days. AC wall heaters and the fireplace keep the house warm once the sun goes down. It’s easy to buy firewood on the main road to Carvoeiro. Apolonia is a great super market close by that has organic produce and very good fish and meat counters. The pool was very clean but it wasn’t warm enough to swim in for the first 6 days. After that it was lovely to swim in. We had challenges with appliances and/or heaters tripping the electrical switch regularly. Clare, Michelle and Elia, were all great at communicating and attending to anything that came up. As it was the holidays (Christmas/New Year) the electrical issue couldn’t be resolved fully but the management company is attending to this in the coming days. A lovely woman came to clean the house several times a week, keeping it spotless. We would definitely recommend this property.

Villa was huge and comfortable, communication was excellent and pool was lovely and warm with the heating. Kids spent most of the week happily swimming and splashing and enjoying food at Jota Lita in Carvoeiro. Many thanks for a fab holiday.

Within 10 minutes of arriving we were in the heated swimming pool !! Clare made the process so easy from providing clear directions to the villa to the very straight forward check in. The villa was exceptionally clean on our arrival with a thoughtful welcome package. The villa was a great size with plenty of room for the 3 adults and 2 under 8 year old children in our party. The villa is set in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the nearest beach (10 minutes even with children). The main centre was further but could still be reached in about 25 minutes with possibly a taxi back. We all loved the pool and although we visited in October with the weather a little changeable we were in the pool everyday. We love Portugal and have stayed in Carvoeiro many times but this villa is by far our favourite and already looking to book a return. 5 star accommodation and hosts.
