This awesome house features 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed (with twin over full), 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower, and a cozy living room with an extra queen bed. Guests can enjoy fully stocked kitchen, great outdoor spaces, washing machine/drier, fully stocked linens, and Wi-Fi during their stay. Parking for up to 3 vehicles! Two small dogs allowed. Great place in Carmel by the Sea

We had a great time staying at John’s place with another couple. Property is spacious, comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to everything from the property.

Golden Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this cute home. Location made it easy to bike, run, or walk the short distance down to the beach. Tiny kitchen was very well equipped with the basics to prepare and enjoy a meal. (LOTS of bright lemon themed items.) This is a lovely old Carmel home, but it has been updated and the bathrooms are current and clean with great lighting and water pressure (downside, bathrooms located inside bedrooms). Check In/Out seamless and easy. Although the home is located along a well traveled street that heads in to town, the neighborhood is quiet and there is no traffic at night. Slept great with room darkening shades, too! Suggestions: 1. install a dimmer for the large light fixture in the living room. 2. Provide 2 keys. It was a great stay!
