Thank-you for your feedback, only had you asked an extra blanket could have been supplied as we are in the tropics theres usually no need for blankets here at all though I admit we do get the odd cold night . Microwaves have been relocated to a guest cooking area to minimise the outbreak of pests in the rooms. Again I,m sorry it wasn't explained properly

Dear Allison ,Thank-you for your comments . We investigated your concerns as this was our first of a food complaint in as long as I remember, few questions is why you didn't say anything to the waiter when asked how it was but also still you ate all??? Again we apologize also our accommodation is the most budget available in all Cardwell .The rooms are clean and comfortable and offer all any other motel would provide eg: bed ,tv, Air ,Cupboards , Chairs , Coffee and tea amenities linen and ensuite. What more could be put in ?Please feel free to call us as we want to provide all that one would want? We do sincerely apologize we didn't meet your expectations and look forward to your further contact.

We are so sorry to learn your experience . It amazes us why you not mention this as management lives onsite . An oversight from new housekeepers explains the curtains ,a 5 min fix .I will ber investigating the rest .Again we apologies and are happy to make good should you stay with us again!

Thank-you for your response. The Dispensers in the showers is the new Shampoo/Bodywash and condcitioner. . This now eliminates the useage of partially used soaps and toiletries. We apologize for the milk ,it takes only little effort to notify us and the issues you mention can be resolved ..instantly .It is unfortunate you mention this upon your checkout ..

We will check dates .Very rare this could occur as it comes direct from our suppliers monthly..Thank-you for bringing it to our attention.

Please accept our sincere apologies we do value your comments and act upon them . Of late being very humid days here with temps 35+ it is very difficult to control mould in rooms that are heavily used . Not to weave an excuse please understand our rooms are sanitized often and that includes change of shower curtains . I recall a request for a sheet however as our house cleaners were already home another staff member immediately at night went to get one ,it amazes me how you made do with pillowcases and not tell us . The DJ music played late afternoon till 9pm due to Christmas Holidays and to patrons requests. We were sorry we could not please all but it was stopped at 9pm as I personally instructed it to finish . We've recieved hundreds of positive comments and reviews this one certainly surprises me but rest assured we take all comments on board and act or check where needed. Thank-You ,we do hope we see you again.

I agree with you that there is no room for rudeness .We have repremanded the staff in question . Pillows although cleaned daily were replaced with new. It would be a shame you would not stay again due to these issues as the majority of customers are more than happy with the rooms,facilities and sevice provided. We do hope we see you again and would welcome you call us direct to discuss further.

Dear Guest We sincerely apologize that new housekeeping staff overlooked a teaspoon and pillowcase from your room .We have been full for the last 3 months and weve had to employ new staff and we'll address this. We find your comment just a box with a bed a little far pitched . Also is air conditioned ,fridge ,42 "Smart tv ,bar stools with vanity and bedside lights and tables , all the facilities and furnishings mostly all 3-4 star motels hold , all but the wineglass , teaspoon and pillowcase. Had this at any time been brought to our attention whilst you were here could have been remedeid instantly. Again our apologies for not meeting your expectations . we hope you'll visit again!

Thank-you for your review . We are sorry there was not enough room for you to park as we were booked out this night and some of the guests had 2 cars. The bottleshop provides convenience for those to check in as the rooms left are also on that side of the complex less walking and time to check in . There was a big sign on the front door informing all guests to check in at the bottleshop .Perhaps we need to make it bigger .We apologize you took offence to a voice in the window.to inform you.
