Private: terraced garden, 120 m2 with trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, supermarket 14 km, sandy beach 21 km pebble beach 19.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23.5 km. Local sale of farm products. Please note: part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The owner has a dog. Animals in the neighbourhood.
