The homes are situated in a three floor building, at 150 m from the private sand/pebble beach with a sunbathing area and at 400 m from the town centre. These accommodations for 2 persons are located at ground level or on the third floor. The accommodations on the ground floor have an enclosed garden and those on the third floor have a balcony with a spectacular view over the lake. The homes are furnished in a simple, yet light and modern way. In the sunbathing area, two reclining seats and a sunshade are at your disposal. In addition, bicycles, a recreational area and parking facilities are available. At 100 m you can play tennis and midget golf. Golf lovers will find 4 golf courses within 25 km.
