Excelente opção com estacionamento e restaurante nas proximidades de Jaguariúna e Holambra! Tudo como desejado, boas instalações, pessoal da recepção e do restaurante cordiais, bom café da manhã e piscina agradável. Só não gostei de não ser disponibilizado sabonete, somente líquido.

Excelente localização e confortável.

O cheiro de limpeza é ja na entrada, quarto silencioso, boa tv , confortável cama casal bem grande. Café da manhã com bastante opções. Localização excelente Fica a uns 11 minutos de Holambra e pude conhecer a gostosa de cidade de Jaguariuna. Estacionamento gratuito no local. Voltarei com certeza.

Falta de informações e flexibilidade

Razoável. O quarto estava com o interfone quebrado e efetivamente não estava lotado, onde poderia ter transferido de quarto. O segundo ponto é que o atendimento de check-in foi confuso, com relação aos preços praticados achei um pouco caro. O hotel não trabalha com bebidas de outras marcas a não ser da Ambev. Outra coisa foi a falta de informação quanto ao show que aconteceu ao lado. Faltou alguns itens no café da manhã, frutas por exemplo. Ficou a quem do esperado.
