6.500m2-heated swimming pool, sauna, soccer fields, tennis/volleyball courts, barbecue areas

Are 6 500 m2 of pure pleasure, with lots of green and beautiful scenery with views of the lake and mountains, plus 870 m2 of buildings.
It has soccer field; official tennis court; mini soccer field; game room with TV / official pool / foosball / card tables; wet sauna; changing rooms with bathrooms m / f; heated pool (solar heating) with umbrella and beach chairs; barbecue / kitchen / fridge / stove and freezer; ballroom and ample parking.
5 full and independent bedrooms, gathered in three separate houses, forming a small hostel.
Total MAXIMUM of people: 23 people

The farm is prepared to receive only couples and children on weekends and holidays.
We do not accept groups of people. Pets not allowed, not even small.
The facilities of the farm allow celebrations, weddings, anniversaries, weddings, baptisms and events in general, with capacity for 60 people, but for these types of events will not be available: games room, sauna and houses.

Estrutura para lazer excelente, muitas opções, silêncio e paz, a preocupação do Sr. Moacir em ajudar no que preciso merece destaque, recomendo o lugar.

Ótima estrutura de lazer e cozinha bem equipada

Alugamos para viagem com a família no feriado de 12 de outubro. Fizemos o contato com o sr. Moacir, muito atencioso e prestativo, negociação tranquila. O local é muito bem cuidado, cozinha bem equipada, tudo funcionando muito bem. Vários colchões disponíveis, mas no quarto em que ficamos o colchão era maior que o estrado, causando uma inclinação na hora de dormir. Só percebi quando estávamos indo embora... Distração nossa. A piscina não é "quente", mas estava com temperatura bem agradável para mim. Pessoas mais sensíveis ao frio podem não gostar muito... Quadra de tênis muito boa, assim como os campos gramados. Não usamos a iluminação noturna. Sala de jogos e sauna também fizeram sucesso. A área da churrasqueira possui toldos retráteis que fazem proteção em dias de vento e chuva, foram muito úteis. Fizemos todas as refeições nessa área, com uma vista muito bonita. Fica bem próximo à cidade, estrada de terra curta e bem tranquila. Super recomendo este local!

A chacara é realmente excepcional! Ela pessoalmente é mais bonita que nas fotos. Muito bem cuidada e limpa. Fomos em um grupo de familias com criancas, e as crianças se divertiram muito. Parquinho muito bem cuidado com aspecto novo. Jardim, quadras, cozinha, banheiros, sauna, sala de jogos, quartos, limpos e funcionando perfeitamente. Chacara totalmente cercada. E possui um linda vista para um lago e morros. Casa super completa com relacao aos utensilios O Sr. Moacir que nos recebeu é extremamente atencioso e rápido no atendimento. Ficamos encantados e felizes com a nossa hospedagem na chacara e esperamos retornar em breve!

A descrição do anuncio retrata exatamente as condições reais do imóvel, pessoalmente é muiiiitooo melhor. Todas as acomodações em perfeito estado de conservação, com o funcionamento dos eletrodomésticos e área de lazer no geral, demostram o zelo que o Sr. Moacir cuida do imóvel, além de ser muito prestativo. Local simplesmente demais, muito aconchegante....

Ao ver as fotos, fiz questão de agendar uma visita e conhecer, e, pessoalmente é melhor que nas fotos. Parabenizo sim, pois o local surpreendeu todo nosso grupo, e apesar do final de semana fechado, conseguimos aproveitar bem tudo que a chácara tem a oferecer, nossos filhos se divertiram muito e pedem para voltar logo. MARAVILHOSA.

Gostaria de elogiar o Sr Moacir pelo capricho com que cuida do imóvel. Essa chácara é simplesmente perfeita, tudo funciona , muito bem equipada, com geladeiras, frezzer, e etc. Lugar sensacional, aconchegante e nada diferente do anunciado.
