Atendimento impecável desde a portaria, recepção, pessoal da limpeza, do restaurante, da recreação. Todos educadíssimos. A equipe de recreação faz atividades com as crianças o dia inteiro, das 9h30 às 22h30. Comida maravilhosa, paisagem linda, ambiente de paz, conforto e sossego.

O Hotel é excelente, possui muitos equipamentos de lazer e todos estão em ótimas condições de utilização (com exceção de alguns que estavam fechados por questões de segurança devido a pandemia da COVID). A Equipe de lazer atua todos os dias, são vários monitores todos muito atenciosos, as crianças adoraram (especialmente a parte de brincadeira nas piscinas e nos espaços de aventura como arvorismo/campo de batalha/rapel e tirolesa). A comida no Hotel (pegamos pensão completa) era variada e estava sempre muito boa, com destaque para as sobremesas. A equipe toda no geral estava sempre muito atenta com as questões dos protocolos de segurança e foram sempre muito atenciosos. Solicitamos uma mudança de quarto por conta do nosso filho menor e a mesma foi prontamente atendida. O único ponto que achamos que precisa melhorar é o Wi-Fi dos quartos, cujo sinal é fraco e oscila bastante, então quem precisar acessar internet para trabalho provavelmente terá que utilizar outra área do hotel como o lobby/salas de apoio. Outra questão é que deveriam avisar no site que os equipamentos de aventura tem dia certo para funcionar, conforme os monitores realizam as atividades com adultos/crianças. No geral adoramos a estadia e pretendemos voltar noutra ocasião.

A comida e a recreação são os pontos fortes do hotel. O atendimento é excelente. A única coisa que poderia melhorar é o banheiro da suíte que está um pouco antiquado, mas o chuveiro é maravilhoso. Toda família se divertiu muito, ambiente super familiar. Vamos voltar com certeza. Ficamos tristes de ir embora.

Bom custo beneficio. Gostei muito da comida, caprichada, variada e saborosa. Piscina tinha temperatura agradável e o servico de garçons de bar e restaurante é ótimo. Limpeza dos quartos estava boa. Recepcao foi cordial. Achei a monitoria das crianças 3-6anos medio, pois não são tão carismáticas . Parquinho precisa de cobertura e manutenção também . Banheiro dos quartos precisa de reforma , tinha reparos grosseiros e vazamentos no chuveiro que alagavam o chão. Mas o chuveiro com volume de água incrível, tornava o banho bom. De maneira geral foi muito agradável a visita ao hotel.

Gostamos do hotel da infraestrutura dos monitores do serviço e principalmente do restaurante comida excelente. Algumas instalações e equipamentos são um pouco antigos e alguns apartamentos carecem de pequena reforma e vi que já provdenciaram em algumas unidades. Recomendo principalmente para quem deseja ir com crianças e pretendo retornar.

hotel com localização privilegiada, com boa estrutura, porem péssima organização do lazer. tudo restrito e engessado a horários e vontade dos monitores e regras do hotel. Piscina externa pequena e sem climatização - não condiz com o preco cobrado. comida apenas ok; serviço geral de limpeza bom.
