The property is as advertised. It is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo on the 3rd floor with a magnificent view of the Sea of Cortez and of the Land's End peninsula, including El Arco. There is no elevator, but it's really not a problem, unless you have mobility or health issues that could impact you. The staff at the complex were outstanding! All were super friendly, willing to assist in any way, and really accommodating. Shawnee, the property manager was easy to communicate with, and was very responsive to any messages we had. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but nothing of significance.
One negative is the location of the property from a convenience standpoint. The condo is located near an incredible grocery store, but there is no easy way to get there. If you have a rental car, no worries, but as we were using Uber, it became a little more of a hassle to run and grab food. Ultimately, Uber was super easy to use, and very prompt and convenient, but extra $ to run errands. The pool and bar were also excellent. The complex itself is well maintained, and the two beaches near the property are beautiful.
While we didn't use the service, there is a concierge service on property for excursions, etc. Shawnee is also available to facilitate any adventures you may want to have. Cabo is a little pricier than other spots in Mexico, but just prepare to spend a bit more than maybe you've spent in other places in the past. After all, you're on vacation!
