Our keys for the room kept deactivating. We had to get new keys 3 times!! I think they are short staffed. Slow service!

Customer service experience was great.. But the restroom in our room was very rundown the shower an bathtub looked really dirty . The tv stand was also dirty an sticky Very unacceptable

Our room was amazing, love the size of the room and the spa tub was great. Room 569 was awesome. Hopefully next year were able to book that room again. What I didnt like was that when I drained the tub the water drained into one of the sinks and left a black residue in the sink which was gross.

The Tropicana is a decent hotel for the price, but the conditions of the property are out dated and need some repairs. As much as we had to pay for food and beverage they sure can use some upgrades in the rooms.

I like the Tropicana for its cleanliness. It's also safe and convenient. I did not like the check in process this time. There were only 3 Tropicana staff members checking in guests and the line was so long.

I think the experience was typical but in traveling for work, the rooms have more amenities; small refrigerators, microwaves… the fridge would have been helpful to keep things cold. Also thought they had room service which they did not.

I took my fiancé there first time for her, hotel was great, she loved the experience of Laughlin.. buffet brunch was fantastic.. we will be back for sure I don’t like the resort fees, I did not get any special perks for resort fee, I can get wi fi at motel 8

The vent in the restroom was broken and extremely loud. I had to wear ear plugs to get ready because it was so loud. They didnt fix it or change our room.

I could not get the AC unit to shut off or to get it to be warmer on the room. It was too cold to stay and sleep. I was only there for an hour and that time I spent trying to figure out the AC. Other than that, it was ok.

My wife and I work out daily. When we went to get the permission slip to work out at Harrah's we were told Harrah's was booked up so we could not work out Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Since they advertise that they use Harrah's fitness facilities they should let patrons know that Harrah's is not always available.

Property is rather outdated compared to the other hotels I’ve stayed at on the Laughlin strip. The WiFi was atrocious. Checked in on Monday and immediately had a small issue with the television. Front Desk called for Engineeting to assist. 45 minutes later, I got the TV working and cancelled the call for assis. 30 minutes later, Engineering shows up at my door. The call hadn’t been cancelled. I decided that I’d designate Wednesday as a “rest” day. Dang TV stopped working hotel-wide in the wee hours on Wednesday and when we checked out on Thursday, it still wasn’t working.
