家は独立しており、2階建てです。 1階には、リビングルーム、キッチン、洗濯機、電気オーブン、電子レンジ、もちろん4つのバーナー付きガスコンロ、シャワー付きのバスルームを備えた2つのベッドルームがあります。 1階には、バスルームが付いた3番目のベッドルームがあります。 これは、海を見下ろす大きなテラスを見下ろします。 家にはエアコン、衛星放送付きの大画面テレビ、さまざまな国のチャンネルへのアクセスがあり、中庭は非常にプライベートで、テーブルとリビングエリア、大きな傘が備わっています。 家は、小さな木製の橋を渡ってブドーニビーチに到達する松林から約1 kmです。 家からはポルトアイヌの典型的で穏やかなビーチに行くこともできます。このため崖が好きで、古くて荒廃したマリーナが特徴のバイアサンタンナに出会えます。
サンタンナビーチへも徒歩で数分でアクセスできます。 この家は2つの市場と薬局の近くにあり、銀行（Intesa San Paolo、Banco di Sardegna、Unicredit and Post Office）、Tourist Medical Guardなどの他の多くのサービスを見つけることができるBudoniから約2 kmです。

Stayed with family. A very nice house with a small front garden where we sat a lot. The out door shower was nice. House very clean and tastefully decorated. Easy parking outside but maybe a bit long walk to the beach if you have small children, but there is a big parking by the beach. Long and clean beach. House also close to a couple of nice restaurants and grocery store (wich close for siesta..).

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Man sieht es in jedem Raum. Der Ausblick von oben, einfach toll, mit Blick auf das Meer. Anna ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Man kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Uns haben die 11 Tage sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Anna.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine. Le logement est idéalement situé et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très agréable et flexible. Mention spéciale pour la douche extérieure. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés ! Merci encore

Anna nous a reçu avec un accueil chaleureux, plutôt que prévu dans la journee sans problème, les chambres sont assez grandes, bonnes literies, linges de maison propres et en quantité, la terrasse à une vue magnifique, le wifi fonctionne vraiment bien et il y a même netflix et amazon prime sur la télé, la maison est à 10 min de la mer à pied, il y a des épiceries au coin de la rue, un restaurant, un bar de village avec une terasse panoramique. Que du positif pour cette location que je conseille.

Maison d'excellente facture tout à fait adaptée à un séjour en famille. Elle très bien équipée. L'emplacement est très calme. Les 3 chambres sont très agréables. La chambre à l'étage a une terrasse et on peut voir la mer. La climatisation a été plébiscitée par les membres de la famille. L'accueil a été efficace et chaleureux. On peut se garer facilement dans la rue où est située la maison. Le logement n'est pas très loin des plages mais la chaleur fait qu'au bout d'un certain temps, on a pris la voiture pour aller à une petite plage pas très fréquentée accessible en 5 minutes. Il y a de toute façon pléthore de plages accessible très rapidement. La maison est située non loin de Budoni où on peut facilement s'approvisionner. Il y a même une petit supermarché à deux pas de la maison. Le Volpe est un restaurant également à deux pas où l'on a très bien mangé ! On a pu aussi faire quelques sorties dont par exemple Maddalena accessible dans la journée qui a été le point extrême de nos déplacements, les temps de trajets sont finalement assez longs en Sardaigne et la chaleur estivale freine les ardeurs de déplacement. Nous revenons très contents de notre séjour. C'est un logement qu'on peut recommander sans aucun doute.

Une hôte d'une exceptionnelle gentillesse, toujours disponible et au petits soins. Une femme formidable avec une famille adorable. Location parfaite, bien équipée. Proche de deux plages accessibles à pieds. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir visiter la Sardaigne. Je recommande vivement cette location et son hôte.

Ho soggiornato per una decina di giorni con dei miei amici in questo alloggio nella località di Taunanella e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene: la proprietaria Anna è stata molto disponibile fin dal giorno del nostro arrivo, ed anche nei giorni successivi si è premurata di chiederci se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. La casa al suo interno non è grandissima ma è comunque molto accessoriata e moderna, in particolare per quello che riguarda la TV ed i letti. Come si può vedere anche dalle foto, è dotata di due camere doppie al piano terra e di una al piano superiore, quest'ultima con un piccolo bagno privato. La parte interessante viene però all'esterno, dove troviamo al piano terra un tavolo all'aperto ed un portico. Al primo piano invece c'è un terrazzino che offre una splendida vista sulla costa nord-orientale della Sardegna. Inoltre la casa è comoda sia per la spiaggia che per il centro di Budoni. In conclusione è stato un bellissimo soggiorno e mi sento quindi di consigliare questo alloggio.

Anna ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und schnell reagierende Vermieterin. Wir haben uns in ihrem Haus, das sehr nett eingerichtet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nett die Geste mit den kleinen Willkommensgeschenken! Wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt! Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub !

casa in posizione strategica per le vicine spiagge di budoni ma anche di porto San Paolo e coda cavallo ( in auto ) comodo il market, i 2 piani permettono privacy e noi che avevamo 2 bimbi , un minimo di gestione anche con orari diversi. Casa ultra fornita e confortevole , Wi-Fi e Sky, cucina con tutto, griglia esterna super ( veranda spaziosa X cene all aperto ) Insomma uno splendido soggiorno, non in ultimo la proprietaria disponibilissima, anche il giorno del chek out ci ha accomodato un orario migliore visto che avevamo dei bimbi piccoli

Proprietà stupenda come la padrona di casa simpatica alla mano e sempre disponibile ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. L'alloggio è funzionale con tre splendide camere una con terrazzino vista mare che gia vale l'intera vacanza, non manca nulla tv con satellitare, wifi attrezzi da cucina uno splendido barbecue in giardino una favolosa doccia esterna. La posizione è eccellente per spostarsi sulle spiaggie più belle della Sardegna vicinissima a San Teodoro a un piccolo discount dove non manca nulla. La zona è tranquilla e fresca che dire siamo stati super bene, un ringraziamento alla signora Anna per averci fatto passare una vacanza indimenticabile nella sua bellissima casa è solo un arrivederci perche torneremo sicuramente... A presto Sardegna❤️

Good property in a quiet location of a small village, close to white sandy beaches and motorway. Olbia airport is about 25-minute drive away whereas the nearest small supermarket is just few yards away. The house has three double bedrooms elegantly furnished, and a living room with a small kitchenette. The bedroom on the second floor has a big terrace with lovely views of the coast. During our stay we had minor issues: - internet connection is not always reliable, similarly the TV signal (Sky) occasionally comes and goes. I can't say whether these might have been a one-off issue. - hot water for shower lasts for two-three showers. After that you need to wait for the boiler to warm the water up again. There is also an outdoor shower (at the entrance of the property) but I have not tried it. The living/dining area on the ground floor does not have much natual light. One final point: owner's cats inhabit the front garden of the house. So, the property will not be suitable if you are scared of cats or suffer any allergies from them.

Schöne saubere Wohnung. Ein wunderschönes Schlafzimmer mit tollem Blick. DIe Einrichtung der Küche ist einfach. Schön wäre vielleicht noch Espresso Tassen zur Maschine. Die Decken sind etwas arg dünn für den April, aber man konnte sich mit der Klima behelfen. In der nächsten Nacht hatte man sich schon gewöhnt.

Abbiamo appena trascorso 10 giorni bellissimi. Eravamo due famiglie con tre bambini, la casa è molto carina e confortevole, arredata e dotata di ogni comfort, dall'aria condizionata, al microonde.. Tre camere matrimoniali, due divanetti letto, 2 bagni..doccia esterna. Splendida la vista dalla terrazza della camera al primo piano. La signora Anna è stata molto disponibile e gentile. La consiglio assolutamente.

La posizione della casa è strategica per raggiungere tutte le maggiori e splendide spiagge dei dintorni, nonché a pochi minuti dal centro di Budoni. Anna, la proprietaria di Casa, si è rivelata una persona disponibile, generosa e attenta, un'amica. Voto 10
