Not well maintained, a redone property that was old with a paint job. The couldn't even patch the hole in the wall from the old thermostat, exposed sheet rock below the new head board god for bid if we patch and paint that. Out side was dirty, cigarette but all over, garbage can outside was full when we got there and 4 day later still full. Not well kept!

It Looks like they recently removed something off the wall, maybe a thermostat, and left about 2 inch hole in atleast two rooms that i can say forsure (but I'm sure its more than two rooms).. Its a little creepy when there is an uncovered hole in wall, makes me think there could be a camera inside, can the person from next room see through? Very uncomforting. 2. Was unable to get same two rooms to cool down.

First of all the workers all seemed confused as to everything that was asked of them. “Breakfast is included in the price, will the coffee machine ever work?” “Oh we don’t know” “Will there be anymore food coming out since it all ran out by 845am” ….”oh maybe, give us a while” (nothing ever came out) The carpets were not clean at all, and the WiFi was horrendous. No ice buckets in the rooms, when asked if we could get one, we were told “sorry we don’t have any” Definitely wouldn’t return here. Would also be nice if most of the staff members were able to communicate with customers.

The hotel was just OK. The shower in our room was HORRIBLE felt like someone was peeing on you. No pressure. Can’t say all the rooms are like that though. The rooms and hotel were just ok. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but not bad if you’re in a rush.

The room was decent enough, not the best but good enough for us. The price was also reasonable. Unsure about the ownership but the hotel seemed like one those franchised family-owned hotels, which I have nothing against, but staff in need of customer service training. Communication was unpleasant at times especially with one of the staff or owner who was rude and very aggressive. Requests by telephone or in person were met with irritated responses.

Water was dripping above our room the entire night our last night. We tried on several occasions to tell someone at the front desk and there was no one there every time we looked. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Unfortunately it was not a food experience ! Rooms were dirty Lack of lining Terrible breakfast and no one was there the help out ever ! Our door security hinge was loose we let them know and they didn’t care it eventually locks us out and we could get in They did they are minimum to help I will be requesting some sort of refund !

Staff were never at the desk or answered the phone. Rooms were cleanish but lots of holes in the wall from old pictures and furniture. I would only stay here again if I absolutely had too. 2-3 star at best.

Dirty towel in bathroom, dirty mirror in bathroom, dirty carpet, stains on walls and furniture no hair dryer in room Actually appalling for my girlfriend to stay there I have pictures and this place is just awful

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean but in need some some repair, ie: hole in the wall, unfinished paint, things like that but overall it was a nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were able to get a late checkout without any issue. The breakfast was lacking but the hotel wasn’t very crowded so I can see why the selection was minimal but it was sufficient. The bed was very comfortable and we got good rest. There is a microwave, mini fridge and a great hair dryer in the room. We will be back in March and happy to stay again.

I will never stay at Baymont by Wyndham again after this experience. We were forced to move out of our room in the middle of the night because the person on duty said he was not qualified to replace batteries in the room smoke detector, which was chirping loudly every 30 seconds and keeping us awake.

There were a couple of cleanliness issues in our room. The wall by the bed looked as though someone had spilled coffee or soda and no one cleaned it up. There was a little mold in the bathroom, and there was a big hole in the wall of the bathtub. The lady at the desk barely spoke to us at check in. Breakfast was just ok, but it was what we expected for the price.

Nice property with a little room for improvement
Very nice place for the price. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. The less than perfect review was because our shower was completely out of shower gel, the treadmill in the Fitness Center did not work, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. Certainly not dealbreakers but kept it from being a great experience. However, I would definitely stay at a Baymont property again.

Staff was friendly and responsive! We had an issue with a bed frame that stuck out too far and we stubbed our toe on it. We spoke with Ash at the front desk and she had the issue remedied immediately. Real nice experience!

Breakfast bar and service of the breakfast bar was terrible. Food was not replaced in a timely manner. Quantity and choice of food was sub par. Tables were not wiped at any time we were present. No meats to go with eggs. As far as the rooms go thery were clean. However the sheet and pillow case on the bed were stained. The heating unit was extremely loud and could not heat the whole room. Bathroom and tile floors were always cold. The desk attendants were helpful and friendly. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and It appears to be declining. Location was good but turn into the lot from route 46 is somewhat dangerous as it is on a curve. You need to be aware of cars coming fast behind you. Turn in is narrow and a car coming out can be in your way. Be cautious when turning. Pricing was good so I guess I got what I paid for as other hotels in the area are more expensive.
