Disgusting
Communication equals with zero. Pets at the property which will cry all night and scartch doors/windows. Filthy doors, cutlery, bedding, furniture, walls. Lights does not work. No reoly once you pay and you get your code. No help to check out. HOTELS.COM WILL NOT HELP YOU TO GET A REFUND

Worst travel experience of my life!!
The property requests to be notified for off hours check-in I did that the day before my arrival. When I arrived, I called, got through to nobody! I chatted with hotels.com and they tried to call no answer. After waiting late into the night in advance of an early morning flight, I drove to the car return at the airport and slept in my car. The Temperature was minus 4 centigrade. The remarkable thing is that hotels.com requested they give me a refund of the $40 I spent and they rejected. How's that for customer service. A shame for them because they won't get the money anyways as I will dispute the charge. Not worth the risk going to this place!

Everything was as expected. Very close to the airport, great price, convenient, good kitchen and most of all pleasant man at check in. Would help if I'd have a WhatsApp number for them as it's sometimes difficult to make calls in a foreign country

Decent airport hotel
Warm, clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom. Well-equipped with kitchenette. Decent price. Only minor problem was the sewage-like smell which came every time I turned on the taps in the bathroom. taxi from airport is around €7, but slightly more when you book it to go back. Not convenient to reach on foot or bus unfortunately.

More like a hostel
The panzio is behind a computer store and the "reception" is in the basement with the laundry facilities! As a single female, I was NOT comfortable staying here due to the fact that I only saw men, who frequently milled around outside smoking. The room was the smallest thing I have ever stayed in, and I travel frequently. It was basically 2 closets-- one only large enough to hold a twin bed and the other was the bathroom. The TV and light fixture were broken and literally the only place to sit was on the bed. I only stayed because I had to catch a very early flight so, it was just a few hours.

There is no 24hr on site clerk. Contact manager by phone or intercom system at door. That said they are very reliable about services offered. We had very early airport check in and they arranged 4:30 taxi to pick us up. All went well. The room is european efficient, clean, hot water,TV.location is good for airport and great restarunt Futte just about 3 blocks down and across the street.

No communication possible.
Could not contact them by phone or email. Tried to tell them that I could only contact them when I had WiFi connection. They are closed on the weekend. Call when you arrive. Our phones do not work in Europe. Tried to call from a land line and no answer. Sent message though Hotels.com and again no answer. Sent cancellation notice to the hotel and to hotels.com through the hotels.com website!

Only one set of curtains and 2 window a hard time to sleep but clean, good service had to wait for the person to come and check us in.... I find it rude that people serve you and chatting w mate standing next to you in different language, made not much of a difference as I do understand Hungarian but it is across the airport in Budapest ....

Perfect for one night before leaving early for Budapest airport. Clean and comfortable. Minimum amenities but adequate for our stay. Arrived about 4 pm and staff was waiting for us. Check in was smooth and he arranged a taxi for us for the morning which arrived ahead of schedule. Very reasonable price.

Great location
Room was nice, clean and modern. However the microwave wouldn’t open. There were pans in the cupboard but nothing to heat water for a coffee. The bathroom looked newish and clean but there was a really bad smell from the drains of the shower.

Cheap, easy to find, minutes from airport, local resturants and fast food joints such as McDonalds and similar, close to Lidl and similar supermarkets too. Brilliant.

Whilst the outside of the building is run-down and the shabby office is in the basement of an adjacent building in the courtyard, don't let this put you off. My room (7) was SUPERB. Everything was brand new and to a good standard. The door had an electronic lock. I was impressed. The Taxi I had asked for to take me to the Airport was ready and waiting on me, early! I would recommend this Panzio.

Our September stay at Microstore Airport Panzio
The room was very clean, the staff was helpful and was able to speak English with us, and we were able to check out before desk hours in the morning. We were able to get our bags up a flight of stairs to a landing and then a few more stairs to our rooms. The airport shuttle they called for us arrived on time.

The property was clean and it was exactly as advertised. The only thing is that the bed had a body odour to it. By the time I went to bed it was to late to call the attendant back and have it delt with. It was quite gross. Also after speaking to the front desk upon check in it was easy to arange transport to the airport. I would book there again for an airport lay over.

It was a perfect for an overnight stay before heading to the airport in the morning. The room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed for an overnight stay. The owner was also very friendly. There is a supermarket (Penny Market) about a 10 min walk away which was handy, especially when the room had a fridge and microwave.

Property was large and clean. Minutes away by car to the airport. Nice for a day or two as you are away from the city. The staff will arrange a taxi for you. Staff was nice, but don't be surprised when they ask you to go down stairs in a little building. It is actually there office.

Hotel near airport.
The hotel is undergoing renovations both inside and out. Reception is currently located in the cellar or laundry room . No printed receipt given . ‘Reception’ also closes at 6.00 pm, however if you call they will drive 5 mins and let you in . No restaurants within walking distance . You get what you pay for and that is a basically furnished , spotlessly clean room within 5 minutes of Budapest airport. For a layover just perfect .

My only complaint was a lack of properly placed outlets and the distance from Budapest. Tip, the local bus, Volanbusz, doesn't show up on any Tran sit app. The staff were great! One woman spent considerable time with me on Google Translate answering my questions. I would definitely stay again! It's on a small village, Verses, about 23 km from central Budapest.

Easy to get to two miles out of town center
Very nice lady and nice facilities, but happy dog on the property and one next door. Mostly barked in the afternoon, not at night, advise earplugs if light sleeper.

Clean, new, close to airport
We were looking for a place close to the airport and this fitted the bill. We got there on the M3 to the end of the line and then a train to Vecses only 12 mins in train. There are only 1 or 2 places to eat in the village but that is all you need for one night and room well equipped with mini kitchen.
