I was stuck outside the property for 15 minutes as the app I was told I needed to use didn't include the code to get in. Only when I used the chat function did I receive the actual code to enter the apartment. I was on the top floor so the sound of the building's units (AC, electrics, maybe) made such a loud hum it was very difficult to sleep. I would not stay here again.

Great location, nice place but with a few snags.
Excellent location relative to Grand Place and I would definitely stay here again. The management was extremely responsive to all of our concerns, having started a text conversation with me prior to our arrival. However, this apartment entered on the 6th floor and then you have to go upstairs for all rooms except the toilet room. The upstairs bathroom has a shower and a shower/tub combo but no toilet. While we were there someone left garbage laying somewhere that completely fouled the hallway and our first level. One evening a piece of machinery clicked on outside of our apartment and ran for hours at a high volume.

Beautiful View, but...
The apartment is beautiful, and the balcony view is second to none. We were not happy with showing up to a plumber and broken washing machine. The washing machine was critical as my family and I were travelling across Europe for the week. Although I remained in constant contact with the mgmt company regarding the status of the machine, we never recieved resolution and had to go to a laundromat. At 945pm, the night before out departure, we were offered to use another washer in an empty apartment. Too little, too late.

Tolle Wohnung im Zentrum mit tollem Blick
Check-in und Problembehandlung problemlos. Parkgebühr ganz schön happig, aber Brüssel ist ein teures Pflaster. Toller Blick über die Stadt. Tolle Wohnung für alle die Treppen nicht abschrecken (Lift bis zur Wohnung, aber WC und der Rest auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen). Dachwohnung heizt sich natürlich ziemlich auf. Erkundung des Zentrums zu Fuß, alles andere mit der Metro, die in 3 Minuten erreichbar ist.

Nice apartment, communication with host sucks
The accommodations were great and the location only 5 minutes to Grand Place. Checkin and communication with the host Sweet Inn was terrible. We were never able to speak to a live support staff and could only leave a message. Entering the bldg and apt was all based on a digital code - getting into the apt required knowing to press the right tabs on your phone to digitally unlock the door - which was not made clear in the entry instructions. Suggest you add a video that shows each step of the entry process as not many travelers are queued in on the digital home. Also have support staff availsble 24/7 or respond via live chat within 5 minutes of a panic alert.. Checkin/checkout times are 11/4, respectively, so if you arrive early and/or leave late, they provide no means of storing your luggage, which is a real pain having to lug all your stuff around town for 3-4 hours. Again the apt itself was excellent - just keep these caveats in mind. Bob

Top séjour !!
Séjour génial. L'appartement est vraiment très bien situé, propre, cosy, calme et très bien équipé. Il manque peut être de quelques rangements supplémentaires dans le cas d'un séjour d'une semaine comme ce fut notre cas. Merci beaucoup pour le petit mot d'accueil, les bières fraîches au frigo et les petits gâteaux. Un magnifique séjour dans un bel appartement dans une superbe ville !!
