We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice with traditional wood beamed ceilings and decor it was very cool. Walkable to the main area with lots of dining and shops. More pillows recommended.

All too short a stay.
The apartment was modern, spotless, fully equipped, quiet location and a short walk into the old town. We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to have stayed longer.

Pensiunea Casa Cranta in Brasov
We stayed at Pensiunea Casa Cranta for 5 nights in mid-September 2019. Before the trip I asked what is the best way to get to them by public transport from Bucharest. Their answer was a private transport offer:115 euros. We traveled by train and bus for 20 euros. We asked for a twin room. After arrival I was given a double bed room. I refused to accept and they gave us room 13 on the first floor. No elevator. Worn rugs on the stairs. We didn't like room 13. We were offered another room for an extra 20 euros per night but we did not agree. The room is quiet, reasonably sized, has a fridge and we got a kettle and cups at our request. The Wifi was OK. Room 13 has probles: 1) In front of the window, is a red brick wall that blocks the whole view. 2) Transparent curtain that does not block the daylight and streetlight illumination at night. 3) The beds creak. 4) The toilet facility was unstable. 5) The bathroom is not well lit. 6) Old cabinet with no shelf. I asked the employee to fix the toilet and the beds. The toilet were repaired after 4 nights. Didn't tidy the sheets or clean the floor for 4 days of our stay there. After complaining about the state of the room I got a 10% discount. The staff service was good. Supply of items to the bathroom was good. Breakfast in the dining room was varied. The hotel is a 7 minute walk to a bus stop. From the bus stop there is a steep climb to the hotel. 20 minutes walk to Old Town.

We stayed in the new modern apartment and it was a great apartment. Lot of space, ,nicely decorated. Location also good, close to the old city center.

Pensiunea Casa Cranta in Brașov
Sandu at Pensiunea Casa Cranta is very hospitable. Knowledgeable about the Romanian culture as well as all the attractions around Brașov. The room was lovely with a nice view of the town. The tours they offer are also highly recommended.

Wonderful time!
This was our second visit to Brasov. We stayed in the hotel itself last time so we wanted to go back to Casa Cranta. As there were 4 of us this time we decided to book the apartment. And wow! Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful place, lots of room, 2 large bedrooms, stunning mountain views and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Brasov.

Very different rooms!!!!!!!!!!
We got a room which was too small to have our suitcases opened! And we got a window which showed a view just into a brick wall. The price for the room was the same as for the big rooms with a salong and a balcony with splendid view, even if the price in the reception was listed lower. And I had ordered the room a very long time in advance and even prepaid it!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing place, great service
Loved the service from the start - I had trouble with the parking and Ionel was uber helpful finding me an alternative. He also helped us with our luggage, which was great after a long day. Place itself is beautiful - quaint style, with flowers everywhere and a great patio overlooking the city - perfect for a sunset drink. Room was great - nice little touches everywhere. And breakfast was way better than I expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is clean with good size and balcony, the downside is tiny toilet joint with shower head, the whole toilet will flooding while showering. Man in reception can speak a little English with very rude attitude. He overcharged me in restaurant as well. Will not come back.

Brasov is a fantastic place to visit. Casa Cranta is a 5 minute walk to the town. The hotel is clean, comfortable and excellent value. Just be careful of the trips offered by the hotel staff. They are over priced. Public transport takes you anywhere you want to go for a fraction of the price.

The property is located right next to the old town, just 5 mins walk away. The rooms have a balcony with amazing view of the city. Free breakfast is served between 7-11 AM and you can have it on outside patio which is very beautifully done with amazing views of the city. There is free parking on the site which is very helpful if you are by car. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered dinner on room service and food was excellent, good value for money. However in the room we stayed bathroom was too small, weird layout curtain separating the sections of toilet, shower and sink!

Grazioso hotel a quattro passi dal centro
Bisogna arrampicarsi un po' per arrivarci ma vale veramente la pena. L'aspetto vintage, la terrazza con vista panoramica per la colazione lo rendono molto piacevole. Il bagno di dimensioni un po' minimali e con doccia "passante" ma dotato di tutti i comfort.

Μεγάλο και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με δυο δωμάτια και μπαλκόνι με φανταστική θέα στο ιστορικό κέντρο. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με πολλά δωρεάν έξτρα (καφέ, παντόφλες, νερά κτλ). Το πρωινό ήταν καλό, αλλά όχι κάτι ιδιαίτερο. Γενικά όλα ήταν τέλεια.

Mycket trevligt pensionat i äldre villa med fantastisk utsikt över Brasov och berget från deras nyrenoverade terass. På terassen åt vi frukost på morgonen och köket gjorde vad man önskade, ägg, omelett mm. Trevlig personal, sköna sängar men tyvärr ingen mörkläggningsgardin i vårt rum. Ca 10 min att promenera ner till gamla stan. Kommer boka samma om vi åker tillbaka

Ein komfortables, geschmackvoll altmodisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit großem Bad, sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und eine gute Lage mit 10 Gehminuten zur Altstadt (und daher ruhig). Eine schöne Terrasse zum Frühstücken (exzellentes Frühstück!) oder für ein Feierabendbier mit Blick auf Stadt und Hausberg.

El hotel está bien situado respecto del centro de la ciudad, aunque llegar hasta él no es sencillo, pues hay que entrar por una serie de calles que, si no llevas navegador, no es fácil encontrarlo. El personal del hotel muy amable y amigable. El desayuno, bueno. La habitación, espaciosa. Las atenciones, inmejorables. En definitiva, disfrutamos mucho la estancia.

Pas de prise électrique au niveau d' un support d'où obligation de charger ses appareils par terre. Petits lits à sommier à ressorts hyper-inconfortables, vue de la fenêtre sur un mur, peu de places de parking, pas de douche mais juste une baignoire, fin de service du dîner à 19h30, faux contact dans la prise multiple de la télé, wifi faible et en bout de course obligeant à coucher à l'envers pour en bénéficier. Personnel arrrangeant et sympathique, propreté impeccable.
