Yes, unfortunately we do not have an elevator and do know that it can be a real inconvenience! We are truly sorry about that!

I'm so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our breakfast, sometimes the place we order our stuff from runs out of things and so we have to wait until they get the stuff back in but there was juice in the fridge, and yes we only make one type of egg and one type of meat but I will address this with my staff that the food did not get replenished! I'm so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy our breakfast! You probably came down when breakfast was ending, my staff doesn't usually make more food if we are getting ready to close up because then we have to throw away a bunch of food, so I'm so sorry that situation happened! I will discuss this with my staff and let them know to be more aware of the food situation and to be double checking all of our pastries so we don't ever run into this situation again so thank you for bringing this to my attention!

I am so sorry to hear that my staff did not assist you with taking your luggage up to your room, I will be having a discussion with them asap about this matter! Unfortunately on the weekends we usually are completely booked which makes it very difficult to move rooms around but my staff should have offered you as soon as they realized that they couldn't move your room, to assist you with taking your luggage up to your room. Once again I am so sorry to her about this situation!

I'm so sorry that you walked into a room that did not smell pleasant but I assure you as soon as you informed me my staff went down, stripped the whole room, deep cleaned it and shampooed everything and there is no longer a smell in that room!
