Property has good design and is very well maintained. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast buffet. It deserves its four stars and I would stay there again.

Upon check in the room allocated had curtains that did not fit the window and enabled lots of light to flood the room. The nice lady on reception reallocated a much smaller room but at least the curtains were ok. The room was made up for one person - one towel and pillow so this had to be sorted. There was also no water bottle in this room like there was in the previous room. Check out was the worst / three people on reception ‘all’ didn’t greet me, ask how my stay was or even talk so I slapped my card on the desk and walked out… rude and inattentive! Try somewhere that values its clients more!

Always the first choice in Siegburg
This was the 5th or 6th time I have stayed at Kranz Parkhotel. The last time was 2 years ago, so it was a pleasure (though not a surprise) to find that the Kranz still provides wonderfully comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms. Convenient to Autobahn and train station without any of the associated noise and congestion. Why stay any where else?

Nice alternative to Köln for exhibitions
Going to a fair in Köln. Could not find a hotel at a reasonable rate so book this hotel a 20 min train ride from the Messe + 10 min walk. Nice place to stay. If you are not entertaining in Köln City at night then its a great alternative to the crazy rates for city hotels during fairs.

Nice hotel and area
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the city of Siegburg. The staff and service were exceptional. The only unfortunate part was that the new air conditioning system was not working. However, the management was very accommodating.

Refurbished rooms; good location; functional
Rooms have been newly refurbished, and are modern and comfortable. Bathrooms have not been refurbished but were installed originally with durability in mind! Breakfast buffet is good but lacks some variety and quality is good but not outstanding. Short walk to many restaurants; runners can do a loop on pedestrianised trails for about a kilometer or so around the Michaelsberg which doom rooms look out into. Service is cordial and efficient throughout.

Short but very good stay
It was a very good stay: very nice - generous size room, well furnished, clean, good quality equipment. Minimum but enough equipment in little gym, good size sauna. In the morning very tasty buffet type breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anybody and I will return to this hotel if it is needed.

Very impressive
The room was very large and open, the tablet for internet connection was a great perk making it easy to check email, and the city is a delight. Would return here for a personal holiday if I ever come to the area.

Being refurbished
Hotel was being refurbished so difficult to tell the actual 'style' - the restaurant / ground floor was very traditional, and the first floor bedroom was very modern, with refurbishments still happening. It was a great room though and sure hotel will be amazing when finished

Would be brilliant if not awoken at 6.30am.
The hotel is lovely, but unfortunately there were many renovations being done, starting at 6.30am, and some facilities were unavailable, ie gym and Sunset Bar which we had been recommended to visit. The air conditioning in the room pretty noisy and ineffective, although the weather was unseasonably hot. Perhaps would have appreciated being forewarned, or at least compensated ln some way. Nevertheless this will be a really great hotel when it is finished, and we would stay here if in Siegburg in the future. Staff excellent.

Excellent for a short stay
We stayed on our way to switzerland for a short break of one night. Good price for an excellent hotel close to the Autobahn. Breakfast was included and of very good quality and quantity.

Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. WLAN, sehr schlecht – nicht zu empfehlen für zum Beispiel live Fußball. Klimaanlage hat nicht befriedigend, gekühlt. Sehr sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren mittlerweile. Das mit dem WLAN, kann ich verstehen, da brauchen wir auch noch eine Lösung für. Das hab ich allerdings schon mehrmals angesprochen, also kann ich nicht versprechen, dass sich etwas ändert.

Schön, mit ein paar Details wäre es perfekt
Wirklich schöne Zimmer, gute Lage, sehr, sehr sauber! Ich übernachtete 3 Nächte im Boardinghouse, großes Zimmer, Küchenzeile etc. alles TOP. Was ich mir wirklich gewünscht hätte wäre ein Kofferbock, Spüli (wie soll man Geschirr spülen ohne einen tropfen Spüli?) und zumindest ein paar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Ich denke bei 160€/Nacht sollte das drin sein.

Sehr sehr schlechtes Internet, funktioniert nur in Tür Nähe. Beim Bezug war die Wanne voller Haare. Nach drei Tagen Anwesenheit mangelhafte Zimmerreinigung. Diverse Sachen vergessen. Ansonsten Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Good hotel in quiet corner of the city.
The room with kitchenette in the annex building was nice and quiet and exceptionally clean and well laid-out. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. The booking procedure was confusing: the room photos on the various websites, including the hotel's own website, are not very accurate. Even bed descriptions are confusing. Calls to the hotel itself did not clarify the matter. Reservation changes cannot be done through the booking websites, only directly through the hotel, which has more expensive rates. The steam room was broken, but the sauna worked fine.
