our room key did not work every day when we came back the manager (relative of owner) the first day said not to put the card next to our phone 2nd day we were very carful ... same problem the cleaning crew (also related to owner) did not want to clean every day ... put towels outside door. then when I asked them to clean they acted "put out" ... would not stay there again!

What little comforter they use was dirty and their ice maker was out of order. There water when ya take a shower did not stay hot, and there beds are hard as a brick and there pillows oh my buy some new pillows y'all make a lot of money buy comfortable stuff. Other than that they have a decent breakfast and coffee.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was in a very nice location where you could walk to get food and there was a gas station right there too. We will stay again!!

People at front desk could not speak English, which was fine for all of the foreigners there, but not for people who actually do speak English. It was very loud in the halls after midnight also.

The new remodeled king room we had was lacking. No place to put you soap or shampoo in the shower. The fit and finish of our room was poor. Flat screen TV was way out dated and about 27". Had to unplug light to plug in coffee maker so then no light to see coffee maker. Night stand mount badly leaning down and my cell phone slid off in the floor.

Very nice hthe king bed was too soft. Had issue with the softness. Other than that a great hotel. Convenient to food and interstate! otel. It must have been recently renovated as everthing seemed new! Seemed new. One complaint was the bed.

We stayed at this property twice. The room was clean but the linen were stained. Both times different rooms and the bed covers were stained along with the bed sheets. Other than that everything else was good.

It smelled of wet dog, the back door had dog feces smeared on the back door mat and side walk for the duration of our visit. We repeatedly let employees know and it was still there when we left. There was cat litter and feces all over the grass and sidewalk where someone had just dumped out their litter box that was also there the durition of our time. The property could use some updating. Our room was also not the cleanest, we pulled out the couch bed and there were wrappers everywhere and crumbs went all over the floor. Our hot water would go from scalding hot to freezing cold the whole shower, it also spewed water every which way, we asked them to take a look, but no one came. There were soccer teams staying at the hotel that were allowed to run through the halls well until after 9/10 pm playing hide and seek in the stairwell near our room and then were up around 7 am playing a full game of soccer in the hall way of our room. When I say playing soccer, I mean full on running and kicking the ball down the hallway and nothing was said. The teams literally ran amuck during the breakfast and made a mess of everything to the point that we decided to leave to eat. The staff was very friendly but did nothing to rectify the situations.
